Congo's President Succumbs To Public Outcry, Sacks Minister Whose Masturbation Video Leaked

President Joseph Kabila of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) has eventually bowed to a public outcry to dismiss his deputy Minister of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology, Enock Ruberangabo Sebineza, after a video of him masturbating in his office went viral.

Sebineza was getting some quick relief and ministering to his urges in a 4 minutes and 27 seconds video. President Joseph Kabila and Prime Minister Matata Ponyo had been under pressure since Thursday to dismiss Sebineza after the video was posted on YouTube.

His dismissal was eventually announced on State television in a statement in which he was charged with 'a serious breach of duty and ethics' unbecoming of the dignity of senior members of government. Link to the video is in the bio.... but to view it, you av to be at least 92 years old.
