Man Beats Wife Into Coma Over Her Salary In Abia State

A Man in Aba Abia state allegedly beat his wife into coma for lying to him that she has not been paid her salary after commissioner for finance Obinna Oriaku mis-informed the Abia public on radio that civil servants salary arrears have been paid.

The commissioner some days ago was on Magic Fm Aba (owned by Abia state commissioner for works) to defend the Abia government based on arrears of salaries and pensions owed to the Abia civil servants.

His Misinformation resulted in the woman being beaten to a pulp by her husband.

I wonder what even concerns a man and his wife's salary to the extent that he would even lay his hands on her.
