Police Officer Proposes To Boyfriend In Front Of Thousands At London G*y Pride (Photo)

This is a moment footage caught a police officer dropped to one knee and proposed in front of thousands at London Gay Pride.

The officer, who appears to have been on duty at the time, can be seen asking his boyfriend to marry him as festival revellers set off confetti cannons in the background.

Fellow officers stand in unison during the romantic proposal, which ended with a yes and an enormous cheer from the crowd.

The London's biggest one-day event of the year is one of the largest LGBT celebrations in the world, attracting more than a million visitors.
