The latest Ebira Carnival news on Africa's biggest street party is that 2017 carnival is going to be on another whole new dimension and level as the current Governor of kogi state Alh. Yahay Bello is taking steps to ensure that everything works according to plan.
Background...... A natural spring water in a valley that runs all year round, this spring water served Andayi ozuri, Oniyeka, Uhodo in the olden days when pipe born water wasn't in existence.
Its a believed taboo that metal objects are not allowed when going to fetch this water, Its also a taboo to share scooped water for drinking with another person and if any of such is remaining it must be poured back into d spring.
Its equally not allowed to quarrel or fight at the spring.
