INEC Employs Blind Corper Who Lost His Sight During 2011 Election Violence
This handsome ex-youth Corps member, Daniel Oluwatobi, who lost his sight while serving as INEC ad hoc staff in Yobe State for the 2011 elections, has been employed by INEC, as least to assist him.
