Abdulmumin Jibrin has no ‘chill’ at all. Jibril reacted to the salary pay slip released by Speaker Dogara saying if what the Speaker released is genuine then it means he earns more than him. Which automatically means, the Speaker didn’t release his accurate pay slip.
