Gunmen Killed Man, Injured His Wife And Daughter In Kogi State (Graphic Photo)

A man was murdered and his wife and daughter sustain injuries from a gun shot at nagazi area of Kogi State when gunmen attacked their home on Tuesday, 31st. 

The Nagazi unvite community in adavi area of kogi State was thrown into confusion after gunmen stormed the house of a man identified as Abdulganiu Aduki was shot dead his daughter and wife sustain severe injured.  

According to residents of the area, the gunmen were suspected to be hired assassins as they attacked only Abdulganiu and his family and left without taking away any item to suggest they were robbers.

It was gathered that the sad incident occurred on Tuesday, November 31, 2017, at the
private residence on Inori Street of Nagazi community area, at about 7 30pm, when the suspected assassins broke into the man's house and shot him and injured his daughter and wife ostensibly to kill everyone.

A resident of the area narrated that everyone suspects the gunmen were not robbers and were sent by someone to wipe out the family. The attackers went directly to  the man and they did not take away any property.

That is why everyone suspects that the killers were sent. They shot all members of his family presumably so that no one would be able to report to the police.

But policemen from the adavi division later came to the area to take photographs and remove the bodies. The policemen were all over our area.”
