                          A 59-year-old man, Ferdinand Duwanamu, (pictured above) has been arrested for raping 2 little girls who are sisters, aged 3 and 5 respectively by the Police Command in Jalingo, Taraba State.

The Commissioner of Police in the State, Ademola Omole, made the revelation while briefing newsmen on the arrests his command made during and after the yuletide season.

The Commissioner said that the father of the two girls, Igwe Samson, a business man based in the city, reported the case to the Kurmi division and the police moved to arrest the accused.

Admitting his sordid crime while begging for mercy, the accused said it was the devil that made him carry out the act.

"I lost my wife almost 10 years ago and my first daughter is 34-years-old. This is a mistake and I think it is the work of the devil. This is the first time in my life that I would do such a thing and I wish it never happened."

The police said the accused will be charged to court as soon as they are done with their investigations.

Woman Sells Neighbour's Baby For N250,000 In Delta State

A woman has been arrested by the Police for allegedly stealing and selling her neighbour's baby for the sum of N250,000 in  Akwukwu-Igbo community, Delta State.

The woman, Eunice (surname withheld) sold the baby to a woman in Lagos who is said to have been married for 18 years without a child.

Eunice got custody of the baby last Wednesday, January 14 when her neighbour appealed to her to help look after the baby while she ran some errands in the market. Eunice then carried the baby to her buyer and a deal was sealed.

It was revealed that Eunice disappeared after she sold the baby; police however acted swiftly on a tip from a neighbour who sighted her when she was selling the baby and traced Eunice to a hotel in Ore Community of Ondo State where she was apprehended.

Eunice is currently helping the police to track the buyer of the baby while being held at the state CID in Asaba.

The Police Public Relations Officer of the Delta State Police Command, DSP Celestina Kalu, has confirmed the arrest and revealed that investigations are still on-going.

                            A 49-year-old hospital nurse, Victorino Chua, (pictured above) in Manchester, United Kingdom has been charged with murder after it was revealed that he killed three patients and poisoned 18 others by contaminating saline bags and ampoules with insulin.

Chua was also said to have deliberately altered the dosages on prescription charts while working as a staff nurse at Stepping Hill Hospital in Stockport.

The court learnt that 21 patients suffered as a result of his wicked act with three of them, 44-year-old Tracey Arden, 71-year-old Arnold Lancaster and 83-year-old Derek Weaver eventually dying.

Victorino Chua is a Filipino who first came to the UK in 2002 and had worked at Stepping Hill since 2009. He pleaded not guilty to 36 charges in all, including the three alleged murders, one count of grievous bodily harm with intent, 23 counts of attempted grievous bodily harm, eight counts of attempting to cause a poison to be administered and one count of administering a poison. The alleged offences were carried out between June 2011 and January 2012.

The prosecutor, Peter Wright QC said a “pattern” began to emerge which led to the identification of the killer after a massive police investigation.

"The pieces of the forensic jigsaw began to emerge. The person responsible for each of these matters became increasingly clear. It was, we say, Victorino Chua. As the investigation intensified, the common denominator, the defendant, was shown in sharper and sharper relief. Motive for this course of conduct, whomsoever is responsible, is difficult to determine with precision. Only the person responsible could ever know why they would embark on such conduct," Wright told the jury.

A 15-year-old girl, Oluebube Amadi, (pictured above) has refused to report her guardian, Mrs. Ebere Ugochukwu, to the police for allegedly bitten her blue and black daily.

Amadi, a primary six pupil, lives with the woman on Muhammed Akinje Street, Ejigbo, Lagos State.

It was a Good Samaritan who saw her while she was writhing in pain on the street advised the victim to report the assault to the police. But she turned down the idea for fear of  been punished again by her guardian.

Punch Metro learnt that Amadi had told the Good Samaritan, identified simply as Rukayat, that she was, on January 11, spanked by Ugochukwu for sending one of her daughters on an errand.

The victim had reportedly added that the woman applied pepper on her injuries after the flogging.

However, Ugochukwu told our correspondent that she spanked the victim for allegedly masturbating. She also justified the assault on the ground that Amadi had a habit of stealing.

Ugochukwu said,

 “She touches her private parts with her fingers and she has started doing same to my daughters. I was really annoyed. When I asked her where she learnt it, she said she used to do it in the village. The beating I gave her was the highest since she has been living with me. I tied her hands and legs. Besides, she is used to stealing. She steals my money and items from school.

“I brought her from Enugu in 2012 to look after my children because I used to lock them up whenever I was going out. My mother got her for me from her parents, who live beside our house.”

Although the girl confessed to the allegations, she insisted that Ugochukwu punished her on the fateful day for sending her daughter on errand.

She said, 

“She usually flogs me. I steal and do bombom(masturbate), but I did not steal that day. She beat me for sending her daughter to bring me soap to wash plates.”

When our correspondent inquired to know why she engaged in such acts, she did not respond. However, when asked whether the woman sprinkled pepper on the scars in her back, she said,

 “She will beat me if I tell you.

Ugochukwu’s husband Emeka, a vehicle inspection officer, said, “The items she stole from school are still with her. I told her to return them. I will take her back to her parents.”

A neighbour to the woman, who craved anonymity, said beating has become “a hobby” for the girl.

“That is how she beats her. Everybody has complained, including the landlady to no avail. We even told her to take her back to the village if she can’t cope with her. Now, nobody bothers to intervene whenever the girl is being flogged,” she said

A USA mother, Nicole Marie Smith, (pictured above) has been arrested on charges of statutory rape, child abuse and sodomy, charges which are serious offenses in that country.

The 12-year-old boy allegedly said that he was in love with the woman who is the mother of his friend, but police authorities believe he does not know what he is talking about. 

According to Daily Mail reports, The woman was said to have had sex several times with the boy in her home while her son was in the house. According to court documents, the boy told police that he and Smith had sex several times at the residence while Smith's son was at home in the basement.

Police said that cellphone messages between the child and Smith show that she encouraged the child to delete all her messages. She also said that she was afraid to go to jail if anyone found out about the relationship.

St. Charles County Prosecutor, Tim Lohmar said that although the boy claims that the sex acts were consensual, “there's no such thing as consensual sex with a child.”

Smith does not have a prior criminal record, according to public records. She does not appear to be married and her bail wass set at $75,000 cash only in the case.

                            The married mother of  4, Mikel Ruffinelli, who has been claiming to be the woman who has the world's biggest hips in the world, has now been recognized by chroniclers of the Guinness Book of World Records and will be recognized in the next edition of the book .

The California, USA, native, says she lives a very active and normal lifestyle and her husband, Reggie Brooks, also says he loves her shape the way she is built.

According to WorldWide Werid News, Ruffinelli was an athletic teenager who had no problems with her weight but she first began to notice that her hips were growing at age 22, just after the birth of her first child.

She said that with every child, her hips grew wider until she was unable to fit through a regular door. Although her waist measures 40 inches, her hips are a staggering 100 inches. It is the biggest in the world.

Far from being embarrassed by the attention she gets from people who ask to take photos with her or make videos of her huge hips, with others taking some shots from her backside when she passed them, she is quite comfortable with the attention she gets.

She says:

"When I walk on the street, people pull out their cellphone and take pictures or videos of me.

Some people assume that I had surgery to improve the shape of my body, but it's all natural."

Ruffinelli has no plans to lose weight, but she admitted that her size has occasionally caused problems, like having to buy two tickets when she goes on an airplane, as one seat cannot accommodate her. 

She also has to go through doors sideways, and she cannot close the door of her shower because her hips are in the way.

18-Year-Old Newly Married Woman Ganged And Raped By 7 Men In India

                                     
18-year-old newly married woman was allegedly gang-raped by seven men on the night of Saturday, January 17th, in Bhithali village of Shinor taluka, India. 

According to The Times of  India, the seven men barged into the house where the newly married woman was sleeping with her family and dragged her to an open field nearby. The men each took turns in raping her. 

The woman had migrated to Bhithali few days ago with her husband and in-laws in search of a work and they where employed by a farm owner in the village to do labour work in the fields.

Shinor police sub-inspector, JM Waghelatold The Times of India that the woman was dragged to an isolated place in the fields by the accused and was later found about 1.5 km far from her dwelling.

The police were called by the farm owner after her husband ran to inform him.  "The accused had their faces covered and threatened to kill them beforethey abducted the woman and gang-raped her. The family is in state of shock," Waghela said.

According to the complainant, the seven men are between the ages of 25 and 30. The newly married woman is currently being treated at the SSG Hospital.

Boko Haram Leader, Shekau Has A Wife & 3 Kids + He Is Mentally Unstable

The leader of the deadly Boko Haram massacres in Nigeria is a boastful lunatic who revels in slaughter and chaos and is a 'master of disguise'.

 

Bloodthirsty Abubakar Shekau is one of the world’s most wanted men, with American authorities putting a $7million bounty on his head. Shekau – said to be to fluent in four languages – also operates under a variety of different names which has only increased the mystery surrounding his true identity. 

 

The elusive Islamist fanatic has led his brutal Boko Haram militants since 2009 into war in Africa, killing more than an estimated 16,225 people in that time. Experts claim psychotic Shekau rarely communicates directly with members of the terror group and instead deals only with a handful of confidantes - much like former Al Qaeda terror chief Osama bin Laden. 

Files on the US State Department of Justice claim he variously operates under identities that include Darul Tawheed, Abu Bakr Skikwa, Imam Abu Bakr Shiku, Abu Muhammad Abu Bakr Bin Muhammad Al Shakwi Al Muslimi Bishku and Abubakar Shakkau. The four languages he speaks are listed as Arabic, Hausa, Fulani and Kanuri. Even his age remains unknown, with predictions between 38 and 49 believed to be most accurate.

Shekau is believed to have a wife and three children, although their whereabouts also remain unknown. The Nigerian military has claimed several times to have killed the fanatic - only for him to appear in new videos proving he is still alive.

After one recent claim, he appeared in video to taunt the military's claims and laughed: 'Here I am, alive. I will only die the day Allah takes my breath. ' Boko Haram – which means ‘Western education is forbidden' in Arabic – have shocked the world with their merciless slaughter of innocent men, woman and children across the north of Nigeria. 

Shekau claimed leadership of the terror group in 2010, and was seen last week in a video praising the jihadists who murdered 17 people in the Paris attacks. He has been variously described as ‘fearless’, a ‘gangster’ and a ‘loner’, which security sources believe give him an air of invincibility which makes him extremely dangerous. The Terrorism Research and Analysis Consortium has described Shekau as a ‘religious intellectual, yet also a gangster and vigilante as well as a mad leader’. “He was an easy-going fellow who would exchange banter with people in the neighbourhood. He was popular… as a local theology student,” said Grema Kawudima, from the Mafoni area of the city, in a September 2012 interview.Another local, Butari Gwoni said Shekau married the daughter of a teacher, but his wife died in childbirth, triggering what some said was latent mental illness. 

He began “exhibiting signs of mental imbalance” after his wife’s death, said Gwoni. Rumours also abound that Shekau escaped from the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital in the Nigerian city of Maiduguri during the 1990s. The fanatic regularly appears in videos to taunt the Nigerian military over their failings to prevent his group’s killings. In one of Shekau's first videos, believed to have appeared online in 2012, the insurgent leader boasted of his bloodlust and said: ‘I enjoy killing...the way I enjoy slaughtering chickens and rams.’ It is believed the terrorist was born in Shekau village that borders Niger to poor farmer parents. 

They are then thought to have migrated south into northeast Nigeria. A religious young man, he studied basic Islamic theology, before focusing on more hardline Sunni ideology and becoming a preacher. After his religious studies, he is then understood to have attended Borno State College of Legal and Islamic Studies for higher studies on Islam.

He became increasingly radicalised and seized control of Boko Haram after founder Mohammed Yusuf was killed in a security crackdown on the terror group in 2009. Since then, Shekau has pursued a relentless campaign of terror as the group has strengthened its deadly grip in Nigeria. CULLED

According to CityPeopleNews who didn’t reveal any name in the report, the husband of the woman said his wife was a very cute lady and always attracted men. 

 

The man according to reports said his wife always told him of men who wanted to be friends with her.

The husband of the deceased also revealed that his son has always reported many cases of his wife coming home with different men. He said he never believed his son’s reports because he trusted her so much.

 

He said he was surprised when he returned home on Friday, January 16 to the report from his son that he caught his mother and uncle (the woman’s co-worker) on the bed half naked.

 

He said he questioned his wife about the allegations but got a cold response. He said his wife refused to talk to him and even insisted on sleeping in visitor’s room instead of their normal room.

 

The woman was found dead in the morning after her husband called out to her when he was about leaving for work but got no response.

A 27 -year-old man who claimed to be a member of the Redeemed Christian Church of God had reportedly cut off his penis from his body with a machete in order to concentrate in the ongoing 21 days fasting and prayer programme organized by the church.

The unidentified man who ardently believes that fasting and prayers should be embarked upon with piousness decided to obey the instruction of the Bible that enjoined people to cut off any part of their bodies that will lead them into sin.  

According to reports, on Sunday, January 18, 2015 the man was said to be doing great without food and water but revealed that his manhood was obstructing him from getting more devout to God with its little erections on daily basis.

He said,

“The penis has a mind of its own and it is capable of doing things which are totally out of my control. It usually gets erect every now and then, and konji sets in. And you know that konji is one of the things that leads people into sin. The erections were making me weaker spiritually and in the fast. That is why I cut it off. Even Jesus Christ said that we should cut off anything which will make us sin.”

His neighbors attacked him thinking he was attempting to perform a ritual until he was able to explain to them what he was doing.

He is now at the hospital responding to treatment and hoping that his penis will grow back on his body after the 21 days of fasting and prayers.

New report just surfaced online on how Muna Obiekwe actually died. Read Below;  In a chat with ICampus, actress Vera Kanu who was a mother figure to the late actor, disclosed that he discovered his kidney problem a long time ago but like most people, he thought he could manage it.

According to her, he ignored the pain and continued working without paying much attention. He only took his drugs and medication once in a while as ‘Muna never believed the ailment could lead to his death. He believed he would survive it like he did the gunshot and death of his parents. He was not a man given to worrying about things. He believed it was not a coincidence his parents named him Munachimso, a name which means God is walking with me.’

The kidney problem persisted and Muna was eventually forced to seek the help of a doctor in a Lagos. The doctor gave him a ray of hope. He assured Muna that his worst fear of Kidney transplant might not happen if only he could do up to 20 dialyses.

“I was with him to the last hour.  He was to do up to 20 dialyses; the doctor said if the dialysis improved his condition, the worse would certainly be over. He will be okay only if he stays away from alcohol but you know our artiste,” she concluded.

Another source told the online news portal that “the dialysis was expensive for Muna. He was doing two in a week sometimes. And he would need blood injection on each occasion. Each appointment was costing him between N250, 000 to N300, 000; money he did not really have to spend. His health was eating deep into his purse yet Muna refused to go cap in hand begging for alms. He was a private guy who didn’t want the press or his colleagues to feast on his pain, and cast aspersions on Nollywood’s industry of beggars’.

Vera, his godmother corroborated the point. “He was managing it on his own. As a matter of fact, he has been managing it for a while until Ejiro Okurame and I came on board to help. We were combining resources to help him but there was very little we could do to save him. We had to enlist the help of Patience Ozokwor and Kanayo O. Kanayo (KOK) at a point. They rendered the help they could until he died.

“The guy was private. He kept to himself a lot and most importantly, kept his private life private; for instance, many people did not even know he was married with two children. Such was his life. He didn’t want press or his colleagues to start prying. He was particularly afraid of the press, hence his shutting his colleagues out of his pain. He knew if some Nollywood people got to know about it, the press would also get to know. He refused to beg to save Nollywood’s image, he in-turn, lost himself.”

Further more, it was reported that he was a chain smoker and heavy drinker. Despite his condition, it was revealed he was still consuming alcohol on a regular basis.

“Everybody in the industry knows Muna drinks a lot; even when he’s shooting in the North, he has a way of finding alcohol. He fell into it, after he lost his parents in a ghastly motor accident. ‘As a matter of fact, he was supposed to be in that car with them but by stroke of luck, he wasn’t and was spared. Afterwards, Muna took solace in liquor but that never affected his job. He was just like Sam Loco; he could drink the whole sea but when he hears the director shout ‘action,’ he gets into character.                            Two female teachers, Melody Lippert and Michelle Ghirelli, (pictured above) have been arrested after they were caught having sex with their male students during a field trip.

38-year-old, Melody Lippert of the South Hills High School met up with a group of students at a beach in San Clemente in November of last year. According to police report, Melody Lippert  got the students drunk before engaging in sexual acts with one of them.

Several weeks later, Lippert planned an overnight camping trip at the same beach involving Ghirelli and several of the students who attended the previous one. Both teachers allegedly had sexual relations with two students on the trip, which was not a school or district-sponsored event, police said in a statment.

Lippert, who teaches at the high school, was arrested Saturday, January 17 on suspicion of conspiracy and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to police statement. Ghirelli, a district teacher, was also arrested Saturday on suspicion of oral copulation and unlawful sex with a minor.

Both were booked into Orange County Jail. Lippert was held on $20,000 bail, while Ghirelli’s was set at $50,000.

The pair was released on bond in the early morning of Sunday, January 18 and expected to be arraigned Wednesday, January 21

                           A man was caught stealing motocycle (Okada) by some angry mob and was almost lynched to death after he was beaten and stripped naked, forcing him to ride around the town on the stolen bike in Gboko, Benue State.

He was caught on Sunday, 18th, January, 2015, when others were in church and he went to perpetrate his crime.

The mob made up mainly of youths, said  they caught the man with a stolen motorcycle which was previously snatched few days back by unknown hoodlums in the Yandev area of the town.

The youths who became infuriated when the alleged notorious thief could not explain how he got the stolen motorcycle, descended on him and almost beat him to death but for the timely intervention of the police who came to his rescue and took him to their office.

It was gathered that it was not the first time the young man has been snatching motorcycles from the riders an took them to other parts of the state to sell until luck ran out on him when he was caught...

Revealed: Sani Abacha Did'nt Die Of Apple- Al Mustapha

                             

 “When I got to the bedside of the Head of State, he was already gasping. Ordinarily, I could not just touch him. It was not allowed in our job. But under the situation on ground, I knelt close to him and shouted, “General Sani Abacha, Sir, please grant me permission to touch and carry you.”

Contrary to insinuations, speculations and sad rumours initiated by some sections of the society, I maintain that the sudden collapse of the health system of the late Head of State started previous day (Sunday, 7th June, 1998) right from the Abuja International Airport immediately after one of the white security operatives or personnel who accompanied President Yasser Arafat of Palestine shook hands with him (General Abacha) I had noticed the change in the countenance of the late Commander-in-Chief and informed the Aide-de-Camp, Lt. Col. Abdallah, accordingly. He, however, advised that we keep a close watch on the Head of State.

Later in the evening of 8th June, 1998, around 6p.m; his doctor came around, administered an injection to stabilize him. He was advised to have a short rest. Happily, enough, by 9p.m; the Head of State was bouncing and receiving visitors until much later when General Jeremiah Timbut Useni, the then Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, came calling. He was fond of the Head of State. They were very good friends.

They stayed and chatted together till about 3.35a.m. A friend of the house was with me in my office and as he was bidding me farewell, he came back to inform me that the FCT Minister, General Useni was out of the Head of State’s Guest House within the Villa. I then decided to inform the ADC and other security boys that I would be on my way home to prepare for the early morning event at the International Conference Centre.
At about 5a.m; the security guards ran to my quarters to inform me that the Head of State was very unstable. At first, I thought it was a coup attempt. Immediately, I prepared myself fully for any eventuality.

As an intelligence officer and the Chief Security Officer to the Head of State for that matter, I devised a means of diverting the attention of the security boys from my escape route by asking my wife to continue chatting with them at the door – she was in the house while the boys were outside. From there, I got to the Guest House of the Head of State before them.

When I got to the bedside of the Head of State, he was already gasping. Ordinarily, I could not just touch him. It was not allowed in our job. But under the situation on ground, I knelt close to him and shouted, “General Sani Abacha, Sir, please grant me permission to touch and carry you.” I again knocked at the stool beside the bed and shouted in the same manner, yet he did not respond. I then realized there was a serious danger. I immediately called the Head of State’s personal physician, Dr. Wali, who arrived the place under eight minutes from his house.

He immediately gave Oga – General Abacha – two doses of injection, one at the heart and another close to his neck. This did not work apparently as the Head of State had turned very cold. He then told me that the Head of State was dead and nothing could be done after all.

I there and then asked the personal physician to remain with the dead body while I dashed home to be fully prepared for the problems that might arise from the incident. As soon as I informed my wife, she collapsed and burst into tears. I secured my house and then ran back.
At that point, the Aide-de-Camp had been contacted by me and we decided that great caution must be taken in handling the grave situation.

Again, I must reiterate that the issue of my Boss dying on top of women was a great lie just as the insinuation that General Sani Abacha ate and died of poisoned apples was equally a wicked lie. My question is: did Chief M.K.O Abiola die of poisoned apples or did he die on top of women? As I had stated at the Oputa Panel, their deaths were organized. Pure and simple!
It was at this point that I used our special communication gadgets to diplomatically invite the Service Chiefs, Military Governors and some few elements purportedly to a meeting with the Head of State by 9a.m. at the Council Chamber. That completed, I also decided to talk to some former leaders of the nation to inform them that General Sani Abacha would like to meet them by 9a.m.

Situation became charged however, when one of the Service Chiefs, Lieutenant General Ishaya Rizi Bamaiyi, who pretended to be with us, suggested he be made the new Head of State after we had quietly informed him of the death of General Sani Abacha. He even suggested we should allow him access to Chief Abiola. We smelt a rat and other heads of security agencies, on hearing this, advised I move Chief Abiola to a safer destination. I managed to do this in spite of the fact that I had been terribly overwhelmed with the crisis at hand.

But then, when some junior officers over-heard the suggestion of one of the Service Chiefs earlier mentioned, it was suggested to me that we should finish all the members of the Provisional Ruling Council and give the general public an excuse that there was a meeting of the PRC during which a shoot-out occurred between some members of the Provisional Ruling Council and the Body Guards to the Head of State.

When I sensed that we would be contending with far more delicate issues than the one on ground, I talked to Generals Buba Marwa and Ibrahim Sabo who both promptly advised us – the junior officers – against any bloodshed. They advised we contact General Ibrahim Babangida (former Military President) who equally advised against any bloodshed but that we should support the most senior officer in the Provisional Ruling Council (PRC) to be the new Head of State.

Since the words of our elders are words of wisdom, we agreed to support General Jeremiah Useni. Along the line, General Bamaiyi lampooned me saying, “Can’t you put two and two together to be four? Has it not occurred to you that General Useni who was the last man with the Head of State might have poisoned him, knowing full well that he was the most senior officer in the PRC?”

Naturally, I became furious with General Useni since General Abacha’s family had earlier on complained severally about the closeness of the two Generals; at that, a decision was taken to storm General Useni’s house with almost a battalion of soldiers to effect his arrest. Again, some heads of security units and agencies, including my wife, advised against the move.

The next most senior person and officer in government was General Abdulsalami Abubakar, who was then the Chief of Defence Staff. We rejected the other Service Chief, who, we believed, was too ambitious and destructive. We settled for General Abubakar and about six of us called him inside a room in the Head of State’s residence to break the news of the death of General Abacha to him.

As a General with vast experience, Abdulsalami Abubakar, humbly requested to see and pray for the soul of General Abacha which we allowed. Do we consider this a mistake? Because right there, he – Abubakar – went and sat on the seat of the late Head of State. Again, I was very furious. Like I said at the Oputa Panel, if caution was not applied, I would have gunned him down.

The revolution the boys were yearning for would have started right there. The assumption that we could not have succeeded in the revolution was a blatant lie. We were in full control of the State House and the Brigade of Guards. We had loyal troops in Keffi and in some other areas surrounding the seat of government – Abuja. But I allowed peace to reign because we believed it would create further crises in the country.

We followed the advice of General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida and the wise counsel of some loyal senior officers and jointly agreed that General Abdulsalami Abubakar be installed Head of State, Commander-in-Chief of the Nigerian Armed Forces immediately after the burial of General Sani Abacha in Kano. It is an irony of history that the same Service Chief who wanted to be Head of State through bloodshed, later instigated the new members of the Provisional Ruling Council against us and branded us killers, termites and all sorts of hopeless names. They planned, arranged our arrest, intimidation and subsequent jungle trial in 1998 and 1999. These, of course, led to our terrible condition in several prisons and places of confinement.
