Akwa Ibom State Police Command has declared one Akaninyene Jimbo Uko a.k.a Isoakpaefit ‘m’ of Ikot Ibekwe Ukanafun L.G.A, whose photograph appeared below, wanted. He is wanted by the Police in connection with series of kidnapping cases in Akwa Ibom State.

The command is appealing to members of the public with useful information as to his were about to kindly contact the nearest police station or call the following numbers 08020913810, 08039213071, 08028916010,08026418716, please.

2-Year-Old Girl R*ped By Her Class Teacher In A School In Imo State (Photo)

This is really disheartening. A 2-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her class teacher at a school in Orlu area of Imo state. After the matter was exposed and people started picking interest in the case, the alleged rapist is now being labelled an insane man. According to an online report, even the police that arrested him are asking that he should be forgiven due to his “mental condition”.

Please please please Before we take down this post .I want justice for this young 2 years old girl who was raped by her class teacher and now the teachers people are claiming that he is in sane .Pls tag anyone who can assist us . Part 2: This morning,they called me at the station and they were saying the guy is mentally deranged ..that I should pardon him and I was asking the school authorities how a mentally deranged man could be employed as a teacher in a school..what a shame!! and the baby’s test results just came out and she’s safe but the hospital said we should wait for a month before we come for HIV test cos the disease doesn’t manifest immediately..

But am still sticking to leaving the idiot there at least until his bail.

Update: Monday On Love Oh Love (Episode 148-150)

Suket is worried about the shirt she had to give to someone. He is confused as to who is this special person in Avni's life and thinks that she has a boyfriend. He calls Raj and tells him that he will stay home, and he should bring the files here. Raj calls Avni to tell him that he wore the shirt today and informs her that he is coming to her house wearing the shirt gifted by her. She thinks this means her dad is working at home today, Avni goes to Suket’s room and hears him worried if some guy is there in Avni’s life. She understands that her father has started to doubt about her.

Raj is coming upstairs. Avni takes him along into the kitchen and begins taking off his shirt. He gets worried and before listening to her goes out. Savri meets him out and asks what is he doing here. She says he kept Arpita at his home, and she doesn’t want to see his face. Avni comes and says he should leave. Raj says Suket sir called him. Savri goes angry. Pratab tells him Suket is in his room. Avni calls them and says they should take the juice along. She purposely throws the juice on Raj’s shirt. Avni asks how can he go to dad in this shirt, Pratab gives him his jacket which he wears. Pratab leaves, Avni push the jacket’s zip on. Raj goes annoyed that she is behaving a bit awkward today.

Raj comes to Suket’s room and gives him the file. Avni also comes there with the juice.  Suket asks him about the jacket, he says Avni poured juice on his shirt. Suket asks for the pen, she gives it to him before he opens the jacket’s zip. Raj asks if he can discuss a project with him. Avni says there must be a reason he didn’t go office, and she wants to spend some quality time with her dad. She says bye to him, After Raj is gone, Avni asks her father what he would like to eat.

Avni calls Raj, he says firstly she doesn’t the mistake then doesn’t wait to call. Avni scolds him for not picking the phone. He says she behaved so awkward, he was angry with her and wasn’t picking the phone. She tells him about her dad knowing about the shirt. He says they must really have gotten then. She says they must be very alert. Raj says they should meet. Avni says it is difficult and it is not possible, she tells him she has to go to market for grocery tomorrow. He says he will help her. They plan for the grocery shopping together.

In the morning, Savri comes and says they are making Pooja do a good work singing nursery rhymes along with the breakfast. She says they will be given a certificate. Jashan asks if she got their adoption prohibited. Savri says she is evident that they are teaching her to lie. She calls Akshat and Arpita downstairs. She says this is Jashan lie, Savri adds that he made fool of her that day. They even made this Pooja a part of it. She asks Akshat if he is living with such people, but his wife is a wrong lady. Jashan asks if she didn’t get Pooja she has no right to take Pooja, as she is happy here. Savri tells them to go to orphanage and meet the management. She keeps Pooja along with her.

Kaka takes the dishes from Avni. Avni tells him that she is leaving for market, Kaka asks what to prepare for lunch as Suket sir will have lunch today. He gives Avni some bills, Avni sees that it is the last date to pay them and tells him to go for the payment. Raj calls Avni, she tells him she will be late for market.

Savri is telling Pooja a story about lie. Akshat and Arpita stand behind, Savri takes Pooja upstairs. Arpita says that she is pouring all her anger on Madhuri and Jashan. Akshat says he will talk to her, Arpita says she should leave before he talks. Savri comes downstairs, Akshat talks to her. Savri says that she is just performing her duty as a trustee at the orphanage and she thinks Madhuri and Jashan don’t deserve to be her parents. She then asks Akshat to keep a watch on Jashn and Madhuri and see if they are being good parents for Pooja or not. Akshat thinks about all he noticed in the house, but he tells Savri that they love Pooja. Savri tells him to look after Pooja and help her in the decision. After Akshat has left, she thinks now her spy is also in the house.

Avni is done with cooking; she gets Raj’s call and tells him she is just coming out. She gets Gopal’s call who says there is a long queue for bills here; it will take him a long time here. She calls Raj and informs Raj that she cannot meet him as she is busy with some other work as she will have to make the roti’s before coming. She goes to take the flour, but she gets surprised when she sees Raj in the house cutting the vegetables. Suket comes home. Avni gets worried and asks him to go out, but he does not get scared when he sees Suket coming. Suket comes to the kitchen; Avni tells him that he was just helping. Suket says good and goes away. But Avni is surprised to see her father not scolding Raj and instead encouraging him to continue his work and wonders what it was. Later, Raj tells her that her dad called him in his room and asked him if he knows there is some boy in Avni’s life. He further tells her that her father himself has asked him to find out if there is somebody in Avni's life by staying with her and hence he can now freely meet her. Avni says that she didn’t know her dad trusts him so much, but they are doing wrong. Raj says he will tell Suket sir himself one day once Akshat’s matter is settled. Suket offers Raj lunch, and asks if he get to know something. Raj says the job is not easy. Suket, who suspect that Avni is seeing someone asks if there is any guy who likes Avni? Raj appreciates Avni. Suket asks Raj does he feel awkward doing what he has been given. Raj says it is a bit awkward, but he can do it. Suket says he can give this duty to Abhay, Raj says he will do it as girls share these things to their friends. Suket says that he is worried about Avni. Raj says he is sure she won’t let her family down anyway. Suket says that first he wants to know who that guy is in her life.

Savri is thinking that she will need Akshat’s evidence to make Madhuri and Jashan let go of Pooja. She thinks of another idea and blatantly abuses her power and tries to create problems for Jashan and Madhuri. She calls someone. As she is talking on phone, the guard comes and asks her to sign some papers which came from orphanage.

Akshat gets disturbed by the voice of television and complains to Arpita that it is time for Pooja to sleep and they don’t care. He goes to complain to them. Arpita follows. In the room, Jashan is even getting disturbed by the voice of TV. Madhuri comes and says to him that she know he is getting disturbed by the voice but Pooja doesn’t sleep without this loud cartoon music. Jashan says he has no problem until Pooja hasn’t sleep completely. Arpita closes their room’s door and tells Akshat how much they care about Pooja; how wrong Savri is about them.

In the morning, Jashna is getting the arrangements of order done. The manager says that the whole house will be ruined; Jashan says that until their kitchen is renovated. Madhuri tells Pooja that they will stay here in the room as her father is doing some work out. Savri later sends a lady to Madhuri's house in order to prove that Madhuri and Jashn are not good parents. The lady comes with the cheque and gives it to Jashan thanking him to prepare their order is time. Jashan tells her to sit, the lady talks to herself that Savri told her the girl will just be here but where to look for it. Jashan comes to Madhuri, and Pooja comes downstairs. The lady asks Pooja to play catch catch with her ball with her, and she will give her chocolate. The lady sees Akshat and throws Pooja's ball in a vessel of hot food. Akshat sees Puja trying to take out the ball from the vessel and runs to her and saves her. The lady says how can one leave a small kid with hot sauce pans. The lady hired by Savri thanks god that Akshat came to save the girl. The lady calls Savri and tells her they did it. Akshat calls Savri Bua to inform her that she was right about Jashn and Madhuri.

Abhay offers Avni to drop her to college, she asks why him? Abhay says when she can serve him such a good breakfast why can't he drop her to college. Raj comes there. Suket says that Raj is going there and asks Raj to leave Avni to the college. Abhaas asks his dad if he hear it right? Suket says that he has more things to do. Suket leaves. Abhaas asks what is going on. Raj tells him to see how much his dad trusts him. Abhay leaves, Avni asks him to give him some time, and they both leave hand to hand.

While on the way Avni gets a call from her brother Abhaas. He tells her that he received a letter from Jaipur University that the article she wrote on women empowerment has been selected for publication. Avni cheers up.  Abhaas shows the letter to his father, Suket boasts that Avni is his daughter and she made him proud today. Raj says he is taking her to a sweet restaurant for dinner. She and Raj together celebrate this achievement by having dinner outside. Avni says that she should reach home till 8.30. Kaka asks Suket, if he will eat the dinner. He says he ordered from Avni’s favorite restaurant, and will eat when she comes back. Avni and Raj says a good bye, Avni says her dad must not know she came so late. While Suket waits for her at the dinner table. Avni comes inside and sees her dad on the table. She puts hand on his shoulder and looks at the decorated table, she wakes him up. He asks why is she coming so late, and asks where she was. She says that in article’s celebration, she went out with friends and apologize for not informing. He asks which friends, and if Raj was also there? She says yes. He says then it is okay. She asks why he have not eaten his dinner. He says he ordered all her favorite dishes, and thought they will eat together. She realises that her father waiting for her to have dinner with her and celebrate her success and gets anxious that he hadn’t eaten anything. He says it is okay, that he is not hungry now and goes to sleep. She feels disappointed for having upset her father. She sits on the table and cries.

She says to Raj on call that it is not right, they are betraying her father. He apologize to her. She asks why can’t she celebrate with her father and him together. She have been divided between him and her family and she can’t betray her father anymore. Raj says it is done; they will now work to get Suket and Akshat together. They both decide to concentrate on uniting Akshat and Suket. Akshat comes to Raj but he is lost in thought. Raj says he just thought that when will Suket accept them, else there will be problems for them, he clarifies that between him and Arpita. Just then, Akshat gets Mr. Gupta’s call who asks him what he thought about his offer, as his father isn’t talking to him, he offers him crore’s. He further offers him partnership in his company. Akshat says that he is not interested. Raj asks if he is one of the investor. Raj says that he should join him instantly. Akshat says he feel like destroying all the plans. Raj says that is the point, he tells him to fix a meeting with Mr. Gupta, he will bring Suket there; he will hear how he spoils the plans and will hug him.

Avni brings lunch for her alather. She says she recognize his mood, and knows he is upset with her. He says he will eat later, but she insists. They talk in the conference room talking. Avni asks if he remember he eat Akshat’s lunch when her mother brought lunch for him for the first time. Suket says she should call Akshat soon else the lunch will end today as well. He gets speechless. Avni says that he is still a call away. He picks the phone. A manager comes to inform him there are problems in the union and they aren’t letting the godowns open for loading; Akshat dealt with it. Raj comes and says that there is one bigger problem, Mr Gupta offered Akshat something big and he is going to meet them. Suket says that Akshat will not do any such thing. Raj says that Mr. Gupta convinced him that this company doesn’t value him. He says that they should go and see it there. Suket says they should all go. Avni says it is all going wrong. Raj says it is all a plan. Raj takes Suket with him to see Akshat giving an interview to their rival company. 

Akshat is going to meet Mr. Gupta. Savri comes home with some men, she says she want to take a decision about what he said to her. He says that he has a meeting, she tells him to read the file if he wants and sign it. He asks what is she going to do? She says whatever it is, it's according to the orphanage’s rules. He signs it without reading. She tells him to go now.

Raj says that they might be meeting so that and no one can know about them. Suket says this Gupta has such a courage. Mr. Gupta is urging him about his success. Akshat says that he came here only to know what he has think about him, because he is his dad’s competitor. Mr. Gupta hands Akshat his offer and a 25 lac advance cheque. He then asks Akshat to sign the deal as well. Akshat refuses the deal by tearing the cheque and praises his own father in front of the rival company's manager. He says he should be ashamed of his small thinking, he is Suket’s son. Their business is their temple and he won't ever destroy him. He says he wanted to know what plans he had against his dad. Raj is elated but he looks behind to find out there is no Suket.P

Update: Monday On Hello Pratibha (Episode 55-57)

Pratibha asks everyone whom are they waiting for, and asks them all to move towards the stage. Nina whispers to Pratibha to see what she does now. Pratibha smiles and moves on.

Nina asks Sunidhi to come to her, Kaashi asks Sunidhi to go and find out what she is upto, they have no much time. Sunidhi comes to Nina and asks what she is thinking about and doing. Nina asks her to shut up as she knows her work, and that she should go and see the drama. Sundihi goes away. Nina's focus changes from Namrata to Rishi as Rishi asks for a minute before the wedding, he says he wants to say something to everyone before the garland ceremony. He turns to Namarata and promises her that he will never leave her in his life. They all smile. He promises that he will be with her in all times of her life and he will share all happiness of their lives with her. He will respect and protect her, love her and even bear her anger. Namarata laughs, so does everyone. He says she will always remain in his heart, Pushpa and Sumitra smile wide while everyone claps as his vows. Namrita says that he is determined to spoil her makeup by making her cry.

Pratibha smiles, then looks around thinking Nina has returned. Rishi and Namrita put garlands around each other’s necks. They all clap. It is Namarata’s turn, she turned to pick the garland and just when it seems like everything is going back to normal, Nina makes her appearance again and stares into Rishi’s eyes. Rishi stares back at her, and jerks Namarata’s hand with the garland. Namrita says it is hurting her. Everyone is shocked; Pratibha looks around while Sumitra asks Rishi to wear it. Nina whispers Rishi to say he doesn’t want to marry. Rishi shouts No, he won’t marry her. Nina whispers ‘break this marriage, mom’, Rishi repeats the dialogue too. Namarata removes her veil, as all the guests remain open mouthed. Rishi shouts that his mom is right; this girl is really weird. He can’t spend his lifetime with such a girl.

Nina moves around uttering all this, she whispers him to say ‘hasn’t she seen what dramas she create before wedding?, think what she will do after it’. Namarata is shocked, everyone else is speechless too. Nina whispers to say ‘she is not as beautiful as she is mean’. Sumitra asks him why he has started behaving this way so suddenly and asks if he is joking. Rishi asks joking, Namrita has made a joke of his life. Namrita cries, as Rishi keeps on repeating Nina’s words and asks to break this wedding. Sunidhi and Kaashi can’t believe on what has happened, Namarata cries hard on the stage. Pratibha looks around to find Nina.

Everyone is shocked to hear Rishi shouts to his mother to break this marriage. Mahen asks angrily what this drama is. Sunidhi whispers into Kaashi’s ear that Nina is showing her magic on Rishi. Rishi heads to leave, Rishi jerks Pratibha away. Mahen is angry, but Rishi deters him too. He picks a fire rod and asks them all to give him way. Rishi’s parents, Pushpa and everyone asks him to calm down, Rishi deters on everyone to burn the stage and himself too. Pratibha is worried and looks around for Nina, she goes away looking for Nina. Rishia called himself as mad. Pratibha looks for Nina who hides behind the curtain. Nina smiles and looks on her side to see Pratibha standing on her side, Pratibha throws chillies into her eyes. Rishi comes to a realization about what happened, he feels ashamed and shocked about what he is doing. Nina’s eyes hurt, Pratibha says soon she will be unveiled in front of everyone. Rishi apologize to Namrita, Pushpa asks if everything will get well after saying sorry. Sumitra says there is something wrong with them both. Pushpa makes a shocking decision which leaves Kashi and Sunidhi very happy as announce that she can’t marry her daughter to someone who can disrespect her daughter this way, she is not ready to marry them. Pratibha calls for a minute, she held Nina from her arm and brings her to Pushpa. Pratibha says before any decision, she wants to tell them that Nina is responsible for all this drama. Nina’s eyes were still shut with chillis. Pratibha says this Nina knows to hypnotize everyone and make anyone do whatever she wants to do. She knew her reality and keep Namarata away from her but she didn’t know she will come here in a changed dress.

Mahen questions Nina who is she, Nina says this will ruin her family. Pushpa asks her not to care about their respect, she has already cared for it. Nina confesses that she came to spoil Namarata’s wedding here. Hearing this, Pushpa slaps her and asks who sent her. Kaashi and Sunidhi were worried, Nina points her hand towards someone saying she. Everyone is shocked to see her pointing at Kaashi. Mahen asks what is this drama and if she will now blame his family. Kaashi says she already thinks Nina as someone crazy, she calls her names and asks her to go away. Nina comes to Kaashi, Sunidhi whispers on her to go away that she will pay her more. Nina comes to Sumitra and says she also called her to be here. Nina asks if she is shocked because her reality came to everyone, she then blames Pratibha for calling her here to spoil the wedding. She says no one should marry and it only ruins everything. She shouts that she will never let any wedding take place, Sunidhi is happy at her acting. People called Nina crazy, Kaashi asks Nina to leave the home right now. Kaashi whispers on Nina not to do all the drama, and takes her out. Nina winks at Pratibha outside, Pratibha thinks this Nina is going to do anything. Finally after all the drama, the wedding ceremony takes place and Namrata and Rishi get married. The couple take blessings of their elders. Pratibha hugs Namarata and tells her not to worry anymore, she now pray for happiness in her life. Kaashi and Sunidhi were curt. Namrita says had she not been here today but Pratibha stop her and asks her to forget everything, and be happy in her new life. She says she will miss her. She sends Namarata to Sumitra, Sumatra blesses Namrita to be with her son in all the goods and bads of his life. Pushpa tells Namrita to take care of everyone and respect everyone. Rishi’s family is hers now, but she should always keep her selfrespect intact and never change from what she is. She tells Namrita to fulfil her responsibility towards herself before anyone and this way she will be successful. Rishi asks if there is any advice for him. Pushpa says her daughter has always remain as princess and to keep her as princess. Sumitra says sorry, they won’t keep Namarata as a princess. Pratibha’s mind goes to Nina’s wink, wondering why is Sumitra behaving this way.

Sumitra says they won’t keep their Namrita as princess, because she is now promoted to be a queen. Everyone takes a breath of relaxation, they all clap. At the time of rukhsati, Namarata cries hugging everyone. Sanjeev and Mahen are even touch for her. Mahen says he didn’t know for years he has such a cute sister, and when he came to know she had to leave and he will really miss her. Namarata hugs him. Namrita looks around for Pratibha, Pratibha comes to her with an idol of God Ginesh, she says they always start a new thing in life with his blessings. She will miss her a lot, Namarata hugs her crying. After all the huggings Namrita finally leaves. Mahen is on the roof looking at the moon, Pratibha watches him there and calls him. She asks why is he standing here alone. Mahen says finally everything went on, after all the problems and dramas but Namarata was married the way he had promised Chachi. He is peaceful now, and only she is responsible for his peace of mind. He holds her hand and says a big thanks because it was all possible because of her. He says the wedding was almost ruined, but she didn’t ask anyone about any help, nor did she tell anyone. Pratibha is silent, then says she knew about Nina’s truth, but before she could tell anyone she had left. She thought about keeping quiet, but when she came to wedding she knew Naina was upto something big. Pratibha thinks about Kaashi and Sunidhi then asks Mahen to come downstairs, everyone must be waiting.

Sunidhi curses Nina and complains to her mother. Her mother tells Sunidhi that she will soon get her place back, as Chachi will go back in a day or two. Her mother enjoys that her mother in-law got an open handed defeat. She tells Sunidhi to go and question her mother in-law about it, and enjoy her curt. Pushpa and Chachi were sitting upset, that all the enjoyments of wedding events have gone down. Pratibha and Mahen come down, Pratibha asks them to go and have some rest; she know they must be missing Namarata. Chacha says daughters are such a blessings in life, they always keep the house indulged with their naughtiness. Pushpa asks him not to be sentimental, there is video chat and everything, they can talk to her anytime and cries. She tells Pratibha that Rishi is her brother, this means Namarata has gone to her family; her daughter will remain there just the way Namarata lived here else she will be her mother in-law. Pratibha asks her not to worry, Mahen asks his Chachi ( aunt ) to have some rest. Kaashi take medicine in the room, Sundihi comes to say she selected a daughter in-law just like herself, she is not an inch less than her. Kaashi tells Sunidhi that even she was defeated. Sunidhi says the truth is so sour, but it is that she wasn’t affected whether Namarata married or not. She says after Namarata has gone, she has got her room back but what did she get. Pratibha played so well, and she didn’t leave Kaashi of any respect. Kaashi scolds Sunidhi to stop talking now and leave. Sunidhi tells Kaashi to cry a bit in this room, and that she can’t do anything else. Sunidhi leaves, Kaashi says she won’t stay hands on hand now. This fire will now reach to Pratibha for sure.

Kaashi goes into kitchen, she opens the cylinder and stove gas. She says Kaashi can’t be beaten so easily, Pratibha will see what punishment she get. She will burn in the fire of her hatred now. She comes to Pratibha and cried about her back pain. She calls for warm water to get a bit of relaxation. Pratibha asks her to lay down now, she will bring warm water. Kaashi stops her saying she will hate her. Pratibha asks her to stop saying so, lay down and she will get warm water for her. Pratibha heads towards the kitchen, not knowing that Kaashi has turn on the gas. Kaashi says todays she won’t spare her. Pratibha comes towards to the kitchen, Kaashi follows her. She tries to burn the stove with lighter, the lighter doesn’t burn. She brings match-stick to light the stove and there is a huge blast.

Update: Monday On The Vow (Episode 684-687)

Amar is sitting on the bed thinking about Bharat and what he had said and he stars to tear up.  Divya comes and asks what's wrong and that is Bharat wasn't ready to come home and then Amar breaks out in tears. Amar and Divya embrace each other and then Amar says that Bharat has decieved them

Amar says that he deceived them and he loved him more than his life, his company was his company then but he says no, his company is now B- Venture, Amar says this while crying and asks why did he do this? Divya comforts Amar while he cries and Aniket then walks in and says that he must win. Amar looks up and Aniket says that he needs to win this battle, if Bharat has forgotten his relatives then so have they, he also says if Bharat isn't crying at his loss then why is he? He tells Amar not to forget that they are all with him on this and the entire family is with him. Amar looks down thinking while Divya looks at Aniket with worry. Amar then looks up after hearing what Aniket said and Aniket continues saying that they'll get a loan, they're from SGI ( Singh group industry ) and they will get a loan easily, then they will see who has the guts to stand up to SGI. Amar still looks at Aniket in shock and then starts thinking. Aniket continues saying that his "achai" should be his strength and not his weakness. Amar listens and thinks even more and wipes his tears away.

Bharat come down stairs and saw that the food on the table is untouched and asked if Aditi eat or not and the guy said that Aditi hasn't eaten at all this morning. Bharat goes upstairs and asks Aditi why she hasn't eaten anything and wonders if she is happy, and says that this house is hers and also tells her to make this her house. Aditi is sitting on the bed says in a saddend voice and asks how can she make this house when Amar and Divya are going through so much. Bharat cuts her off and tells her to wait a minute and tells her that she don't need to worry about them so much and asks if she know what they did. Aditi still looking down at the bed. Bharat also says that his mother was right that she care for Amar and Divya more than her husband and her getting worried for them. Aditi looks up at Bharat, she gets up and say yes she is very worried and to tell him the truth that she is worried seeing him in this state and in revenge mode. Aditi tells him that he don't even understand her pains and the day his eyes reveal it, then that day he'll realise that he is wrong. Bharat says that whatever he is doing, is right and if she don't like what he is doing then she can leave him and go to Amar and Divya. Bharat walks away but then Aditi says that yes she can go but then she would leaving her responsibilities behind staying here. She is fulfilling her job as a wife. Bharat again starts to tear up and walks out and Aditi cries.

Amar asks his assistant what the status of the loan is because they need to pay the employees as soon as possible, but the assistant says that for this new projet they can't get the loan because the bank said that their company has already taken out the limit for a loan. Amar is shocked he calls the bank and asks about the loan. The bank manager tells him that he can't take the loan out because he already took a loan of 650 core. Amar has a weird look on his face and the bank manager continues in saying that Amar have crossed the limit and it's impossible to take out some more money. Amar gets up form his chair says 650 core and asks how can the pass that much money without telling him then the manager says that on his sayings Mr. Bharat came and gave the loan sanctions to him and he even said that whatever Bharat is doing he is doing it by his order and he also said that Bharat took out this loan when Divya was sick. Amar is shocked and angry as he finds out about Bharat’s deceptive ways.

Meanwhile, Bhargav tells Bharat that Amar is leaving SGI and maybe leaving India by selling his hosue and what not and that they should tell the bank since they have such a big loan out on their name which means that if he leaves they will have to pay off that entire loan and he can tell that Bharat is worried for Amar. Bhargav wonders if they should tell the bank and Bharat says yes. He calls the bank and says that he heard the SGI take out a hefty loan and he also heard that the SGI is going through a rough time then Bhargav tells the bank manager they should get ther money back as soon as they can or else.. and with that he hang up

Aniket asks Divya if Amar come home last night and she says no. He said that he will do all the work that needs to be done then he will come home and he should be on his way. Someones is at the door, Divya goes to open it and it's Amar. She brings him inside and asks him why he need to do so much work in one day and asks if he even care for his health. Amar sits on the couch quietly thinking about what the bank manager was saying. Uma asks what's wrong and just then, Aniket sees an ad in the paper and says he didn't quite understand but he think he said something about Amar planning to run away because of the fact that the SGI is going down and everyone is shocked to hear this. The door bell rings and it turns out to be the banks lawyer and he come to give Amar a legal notice saying that without paying all his dues, he may not leave this country and he must pay the FULL 650 core in one week or else the bank will take his company and all his property.

Amar is thinking about what Bharat said and what the bank lawyer said. Divya comes and gives Amar all her jewellery that she hasn't worn and it's better if he sold them to get some money and that instead of keeping them in the closest it's better if they make use of it. Amar refuses and asks how can they do that, he can never do that no matter. Divya says that he is hers and this entire family and as long as they are all together what else do they need. Uma also comes in and gives Amar papers for land that could give them alot of money if they sold it. Amar says because of him she have to go through so much. Uma hugs him and Amar apologize to her. She tells hims not to worry and they have to sell this land and then he will see. They'll have the money. Aniket says that it's not his fault and it's because of Bharat. Aniket also brings a few things that they could get money from. Divya says that they will get out of this because and are all together like always. She adds that they just need Shabunaths blessing.

Bhargav is talking on the phone saying that Amar has nothing, the bank is after them and that no one in the market will help him either the person on the other side of the phone says that good but It's a woman. The girl says that she wants to see the singh family rot and ruined.

Aditi is reading the headlines in the newspapers about Singh Industuries.  She calls Divya and begs for forgiveness for what is happening. Divya tells her to calm down that she understands that she is not responsible neither is Bharat, and it's all Sindoora's doing. Aditi says she tried hard to convince Bharat and asks her to come and talk to him because he will listen to her. She pleads with her to come and then hangs up in tears.

Amar at the office making some calls and being frustrated by the negative answers.
He goes to a bank to ask for help. The officer says that the difficulties of Singh Industries is well known now and they can't offer him any help in this situation where brothers are fighting against each other. Later at home, Divya sees Amar on the phone and his frustration.

The news reports that soon the Singh properties will be auctioned. Bharat and his assistant are watching the news and are very pleased by what they hear. Next morning at Singh mansion, auctioneers have posted the notice on the property.  Amar and Divya see the notice and they are all saddened by this. Divya arrives at Bharat's house. The servant lets her in and goes to call him. Aditi comes out and is very happy to see her. She breaks down in tears and Divya comforts her. Aditi says she will go and call Bharat. She turns around and sees Bharat at the top of the stairs. He greets Divya and tells Aditi to bring tea or coffee for her. Divya stops her and tells him that she came to talk to him. He offers her a seat but she says she needs to talk. She asks him why he's doing all this for a small misunderstanding and that he will think that she is taking Amar's side because she is his wife but he should ask anyone else in the house if Amar would do injustice to him. He says he doesn't want to ask anyone anything, and whatever has happened has already happened. She says he's so close to him and she knows that Sindoora is behind all this. He stops her from speaking further about his mother. She says he will have to listen and she can't believe how he can fall in her trap. He have seen before what Sindoora has done to this family and he will soon realize that she is the enemy of the whole family. He raises his voice and tells her to stop then he goes back upstairs. Aditi breaks down again and Divya tells her not to worry as both tried to change his mind.  She says this is how Sindoora is, she's always trying to break up the family. She tell her not to worry that they will all live together again soon and to just have courage. She turns to leave and Aditi holds her hand. Divya kisses her on her forehead and gives her a word of hope before leaving. 

Night-time at Singh Industries. The family is trying to comfort Amar. He says he couldn't arrange the loan to save the house and it's going to be auctioned. He breaks down in tears.  Divya tries to give him courage, she says they will soon return to their house, she believes this strongly. Uma says as long as they are together they'll be okay and Aniket agrees too. Next morning, they are at the table to have breakfast. Divya joins them with Dia.  The servant announces that the bank people have come to start the auction.

The auction starts outside the house while the family listens inside. The house is priced at 85 crores to start there. The family holds hands inside. The property sold for 90 crores. The bank officer comes inside to announce that the new owner wants the keys now. Divya brings the keys and gives it to Amar. As he goes towards the door to hand it over, he has flashbacks of their happy time in the house. Bharat grabs the keys from his hand and all are shocked to see that he is the new owner.  He stares at them unflinchingly as he holds the keys.

Bharat has renamed Singh mansion as Sindoora Niwas. Amar tells Bharat that he is so angry, he is thinking and behaving like evil person, he never imagined he could become like this. He tries to warn Bharat about Sindoora that he really pities him, he have let Sindoora turn him to evil, and the day he realize what he have done it will be too late. He have burned all relations and hurt his brother all because of Sindoora. But Bharat does not believe any word that comes out of his mouth and asks him if he has anything else to say. Amar says she has turned him into a selfish person. She will pay for what she has done, and this he promise him. Divya tells Amar not to let Sindoora make him evil too and to leave it to God to punish Sindoora for her evil deeds. Aniket agrees with Divya and tells Bharat that he used to be so proud of him but now he is ashamed to call him his son. Bharat responds and yells at Amar and Divya to leave the house at once. Aniket says that Amar will not leave alone, he and Uma will also leave with them. Bharat didn't expect this from his father. They all go upstairs to pack their things and Bharat is left alone downstairs. He looks at the keys in his hands and walks into the house triumphantly saying he have fulfilled his mother dream. Divya and Amar are packing the suitcases sadly.  Tears come to her eyes as she looks at Dia. They leave with their belongings and stop by the puja room on their way out.  Divya gives Dia to Amar and she prays to Shambunathji.  She knows that some good will come out of this situation and she asks him to be with them as they leave. She's leaving the house in his hands now, and to please not let it be defiled and keep it pure as it always was.  The new sign is in front (Sindoora Niwas) falls as she says this. Amar and Divya come downstairs. Aniket and Uma join them. Bharat is waiting at the front door.  Uma is overcome with disappointment and appears to feel faint. She steadies herself. Bharat tries not to be affected by this and avoids looking at them. Aditi rushes in to stop them from leaving. 

Aditi asks them where are they going and leave her and their house. She is hysterical and begs them not to leave.  Amar tells her they have no other choice now. She tells Bharat that she has crossed all limits by what he has done. He avoids looking at her. Aditi pleads with them again to stay. Uma almost faints.  Bharat shows some reaction. Aditi asks Bharat to help them. He says he didn't want his father and Granny to leave. Divya asks Bharat to take care of his Granny and they take the blessings of Aniket and Uma. Divya tells Aditi that they can't do anything now and they have to leave.  Divya and Aditi hug each other. Amar Divya and Dia leave, taking one last look back. Bharat doesn't look and tries not to show any emotion. Aditi can't believe that they've left. Aniket and Uma are totally heartbroken. 

Amar and Divya are walking down the street. It is evening and they are still walking around for a place to stay. Some people help them to find a place and Divya pays the advance rent with all the cash they have on them. They enter their new home together. Divya tidies up as Amar holds Dia and they make their beds on the floor to sleep. At Singh mansion at the dinner table, Aniket is reprimanding Bharat for what he has done to Amar. Bharat tells Aditi to serve food to his father but he gets up and leaves. Amar and Divya are happily having their dinner together. Aditi leaves Bharat alone at the dinner table and he pushes his plate away in anger. Amar and Divya settle down to sleep. Bharat and Aditi also go to sleep without speaking to each other.  Amar looks at Divya and Dia sleeping peacefully and falls asleep smiling too.

Next morning at the office, Bharat is signing some documents. His assistant tells him that he should read the documents first but he tells him not to worry as he have read them so it's okay. The assistant gives a wicked smile as he watches Bharat signing away the document. Bharat is very tired he tells him to postpone today's meeting for tomorrow. He goes to the window and stares outside. The assistant asks him what's worrying him. Bharat says he's very worried for his mother, he doesn't know where she is or how she is keeping, and every time he tries to call her he doesn't get through.  The assistant has a strange look on his face because he is obviously in touch with Sindoora and is doing her bidding for her. Bharat says he will never forgive Amar for his mother's present condition. The assistant tells him not to worry that wherever she is she's fine and happy with what he has done, and Amar has vowed to take revenge on her so it's best if she stays away for a few more days. He tells Bharat not to worry that she'll return soon. Bharat turns to him and asks how come he is so confident and sometimes he feel that he know exactly where his mother is. The assistant becomes nervous and says how could he know where Sindoora madam is, but from what he do know of her, he is certain that wherever she is she's safe and if she's keeping away it's for a good reason. Bharat continues looking at him. The assistant says while she's away he should just enjoy his victory right now. Bharat turns away thinking to himself. The assistant says to himself that Mr. Bharat is right, he know exactly where Ms. Sindoora is and at the right time she'll come and his wait will be over.

Divya is preparing their meal but the groceries have finished. At night, Amar is having dinner. He tells her to eat also and she says he go ahead she have eaten already. He stops and asks her if she had been crying. She says just a little. He tells her that she shouldn't cry anymore and suggests her to lets them share the food like they always have, feeding her with his own hands. They enjoy there meal together.  Later, Amar is checking how much cash he has left while Divya is already asleep. Next morning at a construction site, Amar goes to find work and he gets a job driving a truck.

Tragedy: Director Hangs Self In Kogi State

A director in the Kogi State civil service, Mr Edward Soje has allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself on a tree in Lokoja, the state capital.

News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) gathered on Saturday in Lokoja that the dangling body of Soje was found on a tree behind the mammy market at the Maigumeri barracks, the Nigeria Army Command Record.

The 54-year-old civil servant decided to take his life barely 10 days after his wife of 17 years gave birth to a set of male triplets in a private hospital in Abuja. The couple had been childless before then.

Soje, a Grade Level 16 Officer in the Kogi State Teaching Service Commission, was being owed 11 months’ salary arrears as at the time he took his life.
He hailed from Ogori town in Ogori -Magongo Local Government area of the state.
He had before killing himself travelled to Abuja and left a suicide note for the wife who also works in one of the federal ministries.

“Psalm 121:3 God will not suffer your foot to be moved: He that keepeth you will not slumber. Amen. You and the three boys, the God Almighty will keep you and prosper you, amen. I love you,” according to the suicide note.
Confirming the incident, the state police command Public Relations Officer, ASP William Aya said that the dangling body of Soje was found on a tree behind the barracks at about 5:55 p.m on Oct. 16.

Aya said that the Divisional Police Officer in charge of Area D Division received information about the incident from the military intelligence office in the barracks.
“Police moved to the scene, removed the corpse to the morgue of the Federal Medical Centre, Lokoja. Investigation is still ongoing,” Aya said.
The police spokesman said that nothing was found on the man to help trace his address and family.

However, a search party organised by his relations and friends, found his corpse at the morgue of the hospital on Friday, Oct. 20.
Family sources said that Soje had before the incident been going through a lot of financial pressure due to non-payment of his salary for 11 months by the Kogi State Government.

He was among thousands of civil servants being owed between two and 21 months’ salary arrears by the state government.

As a way out, he was said to have sold his only car and a three-bedroom bungalow he was building at Otokiti area of Lokoja.

The building which was at lintel level was sold by Soje at a giveaway price of N1.5 million in April to meet urgent family needs, it was gathered.
According to the sources, Soje’s financial woes became compounded when the wife gave birth to a set of triplets through Caesarian operation in a private hospital in Abuja on Oct. 7.

The deceased remained in the hospital to look after wife and children until Oct. 13, a day before the naming ceremony when he decided to come back to Lokoja.
On getting to Lokoja, Soje went straight to his bank to collect the remaining N30,000 in his salary account with one of the commercial banks and thereafter informed the bank in writing about his decision to close the account.
He immediately left Lokoja for the hospital in Abuja where he rejoined his wife and handed over the N30,000 cash to her.

On Oct. 14, Soje and wife were joined by two pastors and few relatives to perform a brief naming ceremony for the triplets in the hospital.
He later left the hospital on the pretext that he wanted to pick few things from the wife’s apartment in Abuja with a promise to come back quickly.

But Soje did not return for hours and did not pick any of the many calls made to his telephone line, a development which forced the wife to send somebody to the house to go and ascertain what was happening to him.

The person, on getting to the apartment knocked the door severally but no response and decided to call his telephone number.

Visiting My Daughter In Aso Villa Is Like Going To Jail –Soyode, Father Of V.P Osinbajo's Wife

Elder Olutayo Soyode, the father of the wife of the Vice-President, Mrs. Dolapo Osinbajo, says he dreads going to Aso Rock for a visit because going there is like going to jail, given the way his movement would be monitored and he would need to sign various forms before he could go out, for security reasons.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Saturday PUNCH on Friday, the 74-year-old said he loved to be free and he wasn’t the type to sit in one place and be watching television under heavy security.

When asked how often he visits the villa to see his daughter’s family, he said, “I don’t go there often. Going there is like going to jail, as far as I’m concerned. It’s like locking me up.

The way you see me, do I look like someone that can be kept in one place and before I could go out, I have to sign papers and there would be plenty phone calls? I would just run mad, because I’m not used to such.

I’m a free man. That place (Aso Rock), is a very good place but I’m not the type to live there, so I don’t go there often. Anytime I go, I do give them time, like telling them I was coming for two days. I don’t even live with them.

Let us say we are in Abuja now, you possibly can’t visit me for this interview. They won’t allow you to come in, and if you have to, you would have to sign different papers. If I go there, I would be there alone, watching television. I can’t do that. I would rather stay where they can visit me and anybody can see me.”

Poor Parenting Cause Of Drug Abuse Among Young Artistes –Zack Orji

Nigerian actor, Zack Orji, has lent his voice to the recent drug related deaths of young artistes in the entertainment industry and blamed poor parenting for the ugly trend.

He said, “I would say the problem of drugs in the entertainment industry especially with young musicians is a problem of poor parenting. We must inculcate in our children a good moral compass. When they go wrong, we must not fail to correct them. We should not condone certain things and make our children feel like they can get away with certain things. That is one of the problems we have with the so-called influential people in the society. They are always ready to bail out their children irrespective of what the children did, not minding the fact that whatever your son does to another person, that is also another human being. “A number of parents in America for example, who choose to be their children’s managers do that because of the bad influence they fear that they might be exposed to either from their peers, managers or other places. Look at Beyonce who started at a young age; in her early 20s, she was already an international superstar but she was being managed by her parents. That helped to guide her. I know a number of young Nigerians who are heavily on drugs; some of them have gone for rehabilitation. A lot of it has to do with poor parenting, negative peer pressure and a feeling of insecurity; believing that you have to do something to belong to a certain class.” Citing himself as an example, he opened up to Saturday Beats that he also experimented with cigarettes and Indian hemp but quit the bad habits when he realised that they only caused him more harm than good.

Orji said, “I quit smoking because at a certain time, it was no longer pleasurable. As a matter of fact, I discovered that anytime I smoked over the years, I fell sick. I gave it up the first time for three years, then I relapsed but I finally stopped three years after I got married. I just discovered that anytime I smoked, I did not feel comfortable with myself, so I gave it up.

Tagbo's Death: Davido's Boys Confess

The other 3 suspects arrested in connection to the death of Tagbo Umeike, have confessed to abandoning him.

Recall, Tagbo, was abandoned at the General Hospital upon discovering he had died, an act they tried to hide until Caroline Danjuma, took to social media to call Davido out.

Davido was invited by the Lagos state police command but was released as according to a police source: “Tagbo is an adult and was not forced to consume that quantity of alcohol that is dangerous to his health. He had nothing to do with his death, rather investigation revealed that he was even more concerned about the safety of the deceased while he was still alive”, the source stated, pointing to a dead end in efforts to bring charges against the music star over the controversial death of his friend.

Why we dumped Tagbo’s body

Meanwhile some of the suspects who were detained after interrogation at the Police State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti have told the police that they dumped Tagbo’s body and fled the hospital when the doctor on duty confirmed that he was dead for fear of being treated as suspects.

Some of the suspects who are in custody are Davido’s police security detail, Tunde Yussuf , as well as his friends Busari Idris and Agbeja Olaoye all of who completely exonerated Davido.

According to Yussuf, who is a spy policeman , he was posted to work for Davido as part of his security details. He said that on the day of the unfortunate incident, they had gone to a party with the pop star at a club known as Shasha Room where they met Tagbo already drunk.

After spending some time, they moved to Oniru beach where Fuji music star Wasiu Ayinde was to perform at a birthday party that night.

According to him, they expected Tagbo to go home since he was already drunk but was surprised that he followed them to that place too. Moments later, one of Davido’s boys informed them that Tagbo was not okay.

He said Davido then requested that they should take one of his Hilux vehicles and follow those taking Tagbo to the hospital. As soon as they got there, the boys who took Tagbo to the hospital.

He was still in the car when the doctor came out and checked him and then said that he is dead. Moments later, the boys came out and told me that it was time to get out of the hospital.” The second suspect Olaoye who was in the car with Tagbo before he died told the police that he fled when the doctor confirmed him dead to avoid being treated as his killer.

According to him, Tagbo was at the party long before Davido arrived and there was so much free drinks. “He demanded for a drink known as tequila and probably to show that he can consume a lot and still stay sane, took several shots of the drink.

U.S Court Jails 56-Year-Old Nigerian Man Over $12m Fraud Scheme

A Nigerian citizen, who resided in St. Louis, Missouri, was sentenced to 78 months in prison for mail fraud, aggravated identity theft, voter fraud, and re-entering the United States after having been deported.

According to documents filed with the court, Kevin Kunlay Williams, a.k.a. Kunlay Sodipo, 56, and others stole public school employees’ IDs from a payroll company and used them to electronically file more than 2,000 fraudulent federal income tax returns seeking more than $12 million in refunds.

He also stole several return preparer’s Electronic Filing Identification Numbers (EFINs) and used them to secure tax-related bank products and services that facilitated the issuance of tax refunds, to include blank check stock and debit cards.

Williams used the blank stock to print checks funded by the fraudulent refunds and directed some of the refunds onto debit cards. Williams previously entered the United States from Nigeria under the name Kunlay Sodipo, but was deported in 1995. 

In 1999, Williams illegally returned to the United States from Nigeria using the last name Williams. In 2012, Williams registered to vote in federal, state and local elections by falsely claiming that he was a U.S. citizen and voted in the 2012 and 2016 presidential elections.

In addition to the term of prison imposed, Chief U.S. District Judge Rodney W. Sippel ordered Williams to pay restitution of $889,712 to the Internal Revenue Service, in addition to forfeiture of money orders totaling $10,810 seized during the investigation. Williams is in custody and also faces deportation.

I Was Denied Promotion For 20 Years For Testifying In Otokoto crisis

A prison officer with the Imo State command of the Nigerian Prison Service, Mr. Longinus Njoku, has instituted an action at the National Industrial Court of Nigeria (NICN), Imo State division, against the Controller General of the Nigerian Prisons and the Chairman, Board of trustees, Nigerian Prisons Service, over several acts of victimisation and injustice meted out against him.

Njoku in his statement of claims, as contained in suit No.:NICN/ OW/54/2017, noted that in all his 32 years of service, he has not been placed under any disciplinary action and has never been indicted for any act of professional misconduct but regretted that he has been denied his statutory promotions for the last 20 years.

Njoku who earned his last promotion in 1996 was only elevated as an upgrade to another rank in 2014, an exercise he considered a demotion because the rank of Senior Inspector Prisons a c c o rd e d him in 2014 was a rank he was due for in 1999.

But before the upgrade in 2014 which he believes was made in bad faith, Njoku averred that he was deliberately stagnated in a particular rank for a period spanning 20 years without any promotion. The upgrade in 2014 was communicated through a letter which failed to address the outstanding promotions and arrears of 1999, 2002, 2005, 2008, 2001 and 2014. While Njoku was denied promotions for 20 years, he was also denied payment of his due arrears of annual leave for seven (7) years.

The statement also alleged that Njoku was subjected to some punitive transfers both interstate and inter-regional. He was transferred 10 times in record time, with all the corresponding financial attachments to the various transfers denied.

Njoku states that his troubles began after he was officially invited to appear before the Hon. Justice Onumajulu’s Judicial Panel of Inquiry into the Owerri riots and disturbances of September 24 and 25, 1996, popularly known as the Otokoto crisis.

He wrote: “My ordeal started with my appearance and evidence at the 1996 riots’ Judicial Commission of Inquiry headed by Hon. Justice Onumajulu; 

wherein I gave an honest account of what I was requested to answer and those who felt that my exposition was against them conspired to ensure that I was frustrated out of the service.“One of the incidents that intensified my various complaints, even to the then Senate President, David Mark, happened during the 8th inter cadre course of 1999/2000 examinations, where one official then informed me that it was my evidence at the Judicial Commission of 1996 that caused the dismissal of the official’s brother from the Prison Service and that no matter how I try, I would never be promoted in the service.” Consequently, Njoku has asked the court to order that he be upgraded to his rightful rank and that the sum of N16.8m be paid to him as outstanding statutory arrears on denied promotions for the period of 1999, 2002, 2005, 2008, 2011, 2014 and 2017.

He is also praying the court to order the Nigerian Prison Service to pay him N700, 000 as his statutory arrears on leave allowance for seven years; N500, 000 as statutory allowances for the several interstate and regional transfers which he was subjected to at various times.

He is also demanding N20m in general damages for non-payment of compensation, on the accident that caused him permanent disability and for the physical and emotional trauma suffered for 20 years and above for stagnated promotions.
