Apostle Chris Omashola has reacted to the backlash he has received since revealing his 2020 Prophecy in which he said God told him that Nigerian singer, Naira Marley is “demonic and Satanic and should repent now before it is too late.”

Apostle Omashola went viral some time ago after a sex tape featuring him and a certain lady leaked online.

Naira Marley saw the clergyman’s prophecy and in his bid to get back at him, shared a screenshot of the sex tape that was posted on popular porn site, Pornhub.

Apostle Omashola has now reacted to the backlash. In an exlusive interview with LIB, Omashola said the sex tape issue is a thing of the past and that God has since forgiven him and he has been restored into full time ministry.

In his words;

”My sex tape issue is in my past and I have been forgiven by God. ‘Nobody can intimidate me with it. I knew I sinned and I asked God for forgiveness and he has since forgiven me. The bible says all have sinned and come short of God’s glory and God takes delight in the repentance of his children. I knew my wrong and went to ask God for forgiveness and he has forgiven me. It is now left for Naira Marley to heed God’s counsel and seek forgiveness. His music is not edifying to God and to anybody. It is demonic and misleading.

I am not ashamed or cannot be shamed by Marlians of my yesterday’s mistakes which I have since repented from and God has forgiven me of. I have gone through series of repentance process as a man and with my head up and shoulders high, I have moved passed that. Come to think of it, what is Naira Marley’s Legacy to this generation?

Thank God For Senior Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin Of Mercy TV, Apostle Johnson Suleman, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, Pastor David Ibiyeomie, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and many other respected and annoited Men Of God whom God used to save the distorted, broken, confused and depressed me from suicide and reestablished me back on my feet in those days of adult tape Scandal, I am forever Grateful. I am a better person now by God’s Grace and Mercy.

I have made peace with the lady in question, made peace with my God and moved pass that phase of life long ago. However, I stand to say NO TO internet frauds, drugs abuse, immorality, gansterism, mannerlessness and other demonic behaviors and activities of Naira Marley and his Marlians. I’ll continue to remember them in my prayers that God’s Love, Grace and Mercy finds them”.

A Ukrainian Boeing-737 with 180 people onboard has crashed in Iran.

It went down near an airport in the capital, Tehran, on Wednesday.

The aircraft belonging to Ukraine International Airlines crashed just after take-off from Iran’s Imam Khomeini airport, according to Fars state news agency.

The plane was reportedly en route to the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv.

The crash is suspected to have been caused by mechanical issues.

An investigation team is currently at the site in southwestern outskirts of Tehran, civil aviation spokesman Reza Jafarzadeh said.

Casualties figure is yet to be ascertained.

A Nigerian lady has found herself in police custody after she tried to make away with N950,000 which her lover mistakenly sent to her account.

According to Joshua Odeyemi who shared the news on Twitter, after the duo met themselves, the girl started demanding cash from the guy for different reasons.

The first time she demanded 100k to settle an issue, which he paid. The second time, she asked for N95k to buy human hair weavon, and he also agreed to send the cash. However, while transferring the cash, he mistakenly sent N950,000 instead of N95k.

Immediately the girl saw the N950k, she blocked the guy on WhatsApp, archived her IG pictures and stopped contact with him.

However, luck eventually smiled on the man after he met her at the beach, chilling with friends and drinking champagne. He approached her about the money, and she said she thought the extra cash was for the sex they had while they were together.

The police later came to intervene in the matter, and interrogation started.

According to him, the deceased had gone to the toilet in the early hours of today to urinate but unknown to her, the snake was inside the WC. The snake reportedly attacked her immediately she sat down to ease herself. The Twitter user said no hospital could help save her life.

Truck Crushes Four People To Death Along Lagos - Ibadan Expressway

A lone accident involving a truck at Pipeline Junction, Ogere Remo axis of Ibadan-Lagos Expressway, on Thursday, January 2nd claimed the lives of four persons while leaving four other passengers with various degrees of injuries.

The Public Relations Officer Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps (TRACE), Babatunde Akinbiyi, said the crash occurred around 4.30 a.m. He highlighted that the truck, with registration number TKP 653 XA, which was loaded with yams, lost control.

He said the red coloured Man Diesel truck, which was coming from the North and in bound Lagos, had 14 passengers, presumed to be owners of the products, sitting on the top of the yams when the accident occurred.

"The casualty was much because some of the passengers, who are also likely owners of the yam, were seating on the yam in the open space at the back. Thus, when it lost control due to overspeeding and poor visibility, (they) fell by its side, with the yam and vehicle falling on them” Akinbiyi said.

Akinbiyi said four of the passengers died on the spot while the injured were taken to Idera Hospital, Sagamu. The agency’s spokesperson said the deceased were taken to FOS mortuary, Ipara Remo, as at the time of filing this report, while the vehicle has been taken to the Police Motor Traffic Division, Iperu-Remo.

Akinbiyi said the command commiserates with the family of the dead and injured. He advised motorists to ensure their vehicles are well maintained, avoid overspeeding and night travel as much as possible, especially now that that the harmattan season, with its poor visibility, is here.

Tragedy struck on Christmas eve when the sad news of the death of final year Theatre Arts student of Lagos State University (LASU), Miss Favour Sewanu Oluwabuyikunmi Daley-Oladele was broken to her Parents at their Mowe, Ogun State home.

She was declared missing on Sunday December 8, when she got a call from her boyfriend, Owolabi Adeeko, also an Ex Student of LASU that same day, when he offered to drop her off in school at LASU.

According to her dad, Mr Daley Oladele, who spoke with UPSHOT REPORTS on the sad development, they could not reach her again since she left home on that fateful Sunday.

A search party began and her phone was tracked to Ikire by Police detectives, where they found her buried body with the heart and some other vital organs already dismembered.

The police at Mowe Police station where the case was reported confirmed the arrest of the culprit Owolabi Adeeko, Pastor Segun Philips of C& S Church, Ikoyi Ile, near Ikire in Osun State.

Owolabi, a suspected Yahoo Plus member, was said to have confessed that the ‘Prophet’ told him to eat the heart of Miss Favour for Money ritual and Power.

He told the Police that he drove her out of Lagos to Ikire where she was killed on the night of Sunday December 8 after they took some vital organs from her body and buried the remains near Ikire.

The Police has confirmed the arrest of the suspected Yahoo Plus member, Adeeko as well as his mother, Mrs Adeeko, C & S Prophet Segun Philips and some others.

A devastated father of Miss Favour, Pastor Daley Oladele, appealed to well meaning Nigerians to assist the family get justice for their late daughter and pray for the family at this time of their grieve.
