Married Woman Stabs Rapist Pastor To Death In Cross Rivers

A randy pastor in a village in Akpabuyo Local Government Area of Cross River State, identified as Pastor Oliver Akpan, has been sent to the great beyond by a married woman he tried To Molest during a spiritual deliverance he purportedly conducted for her.

Soldiers beat up an official of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, Peter Owolabi, for stopping their van at the Obanikoro bus stop on the Ikorodu Road, Lagos State.

The soldiers, who were in a black Honda Accord car with number plate, CP 839 YAB, drove through the Bus Rapid Transit lane, when they were stopped by Owolabi at the Obanikoro bus stop.
It was gathered that when the official queried them for flouting the state traffic laws, the soldiers got down from the car, and surrounded him.

A temporary bridge that was part of a construction project collapsed on one of South Africa’s busiest highways on Wednesday, killing two people and injuring 21 others, South African media reported.

Locked them up inside the room with candle light on. From 11:58pm the room burnt down affecting her neighbors and killing her first son and daughter. Only one of them survived the fire.

42-year-old man, Rafiu Olusamokun, (pictured above) who is currently in the custody of the Lagos State Police Command for allegedly producing fake foreign and local currencies, which allegedly run into millions of Naira.

Olusamokun, an indigene of Owo, Ondo State, was arrested by the police in his house at Ayidolapo Street, in the Ikotun area of the state.

The Nigerian Army has arrested a suspected Boko Haram sponsor, Aliyu Hussaini, who was also said to be pretending to be military brigadier general.

Military authorities said in a statement on Tuesday that Hussaini was apprehended by soldiers of the 33rd Artillery Brigade in Bauchi State during the course of a raid.

A 35-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl in Akenfa Area of Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.

The angry residents who reportedly caught the man in the act descended on the suspect and beat him up and called the police.

The Nigerian presidency has confirmed the arrest of a former Petroleum Minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke, in London, over allegations of corruption and money laundering. PREMIUM TIMES reported.

“The government is aware of the arrest and all the government investigative agencies are working very closely with the British law enforcement,” the Senior Special Assistant to the President, Garba Shehu, said.

A 4-year-old girl bled for eight days after she was allegedly raped by her school bus driver, her grandmother, Mrs. T. Ajose, has said.
Mrs Ajose, a businesswoman, claimed the suspect, Yemi Adesina, committed the act within the school premises.

The suspect, who has been detained at the Panti Police Station in Adekunle, Yaba, Lagos, allegedly had carnal knowledge of the Nursery II pupil in a classroom on September 17.
Mrs Ajose told that The Nation she knew about the incident when she went to fetch her granddaughter after school.
