Sad! Man Beats Wife To Death Over Pregnancy For Another Man

A man beat his wife to death with a pipe wrench after learning she was pregnant with her boyfriend’s baby authorities have reported.

The man, Claude Sejour called the police after he had killed the woman.

The 49-year-old resident of Hollywood, who according to the police, does not have any record of previous criminal records admitted to beating his wife to death.

“I did it. I finished her and called the police and went outside,” he said to the arriving officers, according to a report. He was wearing a bloodstained white button-down shirt and had blood on his hands and cheek, the report said. “I’m not crazy,” he told officers, according to the report.

As his wife, Marie Joseph, 40, lay dying in her bed, her 17-year-old daughter tried to wake her, a neighbor told police.
Sejour is being held without bond in Broward’s main jail Thursday on a murder charge.

According to Miami Herald, the deadly encounter unfolded just before 10 p.m. Wednesday inside their home in the 5900 block of Thomas Street. In addition to the daughter, the couple’s three other children, 14, 12 and 4, were all home at the time, police said.
Sejour called 911 and first told a dispatcher that he was going to kill his wife. Then he said he did kill her and would wait outside.

Meanwhile, another call came in, this one from Sejour’s neighbor, Alvaro Garcia, according to the police report.

Garcia later told police he heard screaming and saw Sejour on the phone. Sejour, he told police, waved him over and then told him he had killed his wife. Garcia told officers that Sejour said he had just learned his wife was pregnant with another man’s baby and had “disrespected him,” the officer wrote.

Garcia said he went into the house to find the couple’s oldest daughter on the bed, trying to wake her mother. He checked for a pulse and realized she had died, according to the report.

An officer found Joseph lying in bed in a sports bra and blue pajamas pants.

U.S Rapper Reveals He Chopped Off His Egg-Plant To Address His Callousness Towards Women

Wu-Tang Clan rapper, Andre Johnson, has explained why he cut off his penis during a party, and then jumped off a second-floor balcony. Johnson explains that he took the extreme measure because he felt that his penis was out of control, and that his “interactions” with women had been “callous.”

He says, “At the back of my mind, my issues were eating me. I was thinking my interaction with women have been just callous, no moral code. “I said I will fix this problem that is causing me so much misery. That’s when I think the insanity kicked in. I said, ‘Yo, my dick is outta control. I need a vasectomy.”

And then he went on to perform the “vasectomy” on himself. He had survived the incident, which happened in April 2014. Describing his unusual action, he told the BBC3, “I just jumped up, out of nowhere and I went to the kitchen. “I grabbed a knife and, bam, I pulled down my pants and (he mimes a chopping motion) … that quick.”

He assures that though doctors were unable to reattach the severed part of his penis after a life-saving surgery, that doesn’t mean that he can’t have sex. “When I’m actually having the act of sex, it’s not like, ‘Oh I wish I still had my penis. It’s like, I’m in there. Like it used to be,” he said.

Johnson was hospitalised after the incident and diagnosed with having suffered a period of severe depression. He was later referred to a psychiatrist. Confessing that he was under the influence of drugs and drinks, he discloses, “When we have mental health issues, we turn to drugs – you know, smoke this, have a drink."

Men Pay Extra Money To Have S3x With Prostitutes In Abuja Without Condom

The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Agency for Control of HIV/AIDS (FACA) said it distributed seven million condoms to FCT residents in 2016, to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS.

The Project Manager of the agency, Dr Uche Okoro, disclosed this to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in an interview in Abuja on Saturday.

Okoro said that beneficiaries consisted of those vulnerable to the condition like commercial sex workers and homosexuals.

He further said that FACA carried out intensive training for those prone to HIV/AIDS infection on the importance of the use of condoms, consistently, while having sexual intercourse. “Some people pay extra money to have sex with commercial sex workers without the use of condom, with the intention of spreading HIV through them. “We have advised them not to accept or allow such a thing as their lives are equally important,’’ the project manager said.

According to Okoro, the prevalence of HIV had reduced drastically in the FCT with the agency’s massive enlightenment campaign, especially in 2016.

He also said that FACA had designed a five-year strategic plan from, 2017 to 2021, on eradicating HIV/AIDS in the territory.

Okoro, however, expressed concern over the gradual withdrawal of support by development partners, saying that the development would pose a challenge to the fight against HIV/AIDS in the country.

He, therefore, urged the Federal, state and local governments to pay serious attention to eradicating the condition from the country.

Man Divorced 3 Hours After Getting Married As Bride Declares Him ‘Greedy’ (Photos)

A husband was divorced after three hours and had his head shaved as a punishment after his wife said he was 'greedy' and married another man on the same day. Rubana Parveen, 18, married Muntaj Ansari, 26, on Wednesday morning, in Chandwa village, in eastern India.

But after the traditional Muslim nuptials the auto rickshaw driver started demanding a huge dowry and insisted on buying an expensive motorbike

The bride’s father, Bashir-ud-din Ansari, 58, who owns a hotel, had already bought him a motorbike but Muntaz wasn’t satisfied and demanded a better model.

A witness said: ‘Everyone kept telling the groom to calm down and tried convincing him to accept what he was given. 'But he kept threatening to go home without his new bride. The groom and bride’s father were arguing a lot. It was a crazy scene.’

Bride Rubana decided to call a local ‘Qazi’, also known as a Muslim judge or adjudicator, and with her family’s support she declared an open ‘Talaaq’, which is a Muslim divorce.

Bashir-ud-din said he made sure Muntaj’s family return all gifts and dowry money already paid.

Muntaj’s family were so ashamed they wrote a letter of apology promising to return everything.

Local residents were outraged with Muntaz’s behavior and as a punishment they made him wear a garland of shoes with a placard reading: ‘I am greedy for dowry’.

They even shaved a strip of hair off his head, along with his brother.

But later that evening Bashir-ud-din, who is a father of four, arranged for another local man to marry his daughter.

Air Force Jets Bomb Boko Haram’s Artillery In Sambisa Forest (Photos/Video)

Nigerian Air Force (NAF) fighter jets on Friday successfully destroyed an artillery piece being sneaked into Sambisa forest by insurgents. Air Commodore Olatokunbo Adesanya, Director of Public Relations and Information, in a statement, said the artillery piece was concealed under a tree and sighted by a NAF Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) aircraft while on daytime patrol in the Sambisa general area.

He said that about seven insurgents were also observed to be moving out from under the tree.

“The crew on board the ISR platform therefore, immediately called for air strikes by NAF combat platforms. “Following the alert, one Alpha Jet and one F-7Ni fighter aircraft were scrambled for air interdiction on the artillery piece.
“The Alpha Jet and F-7Ni strikes were observed to have hit the target. Thereafter, the Alpha Jet strafed the area with rockets and the location of the artillery piece was completely engulfed in an inferno.  “Subsequently, Battle Damage Assessment (BDA) footage by a NAF ISR aircraft revealed that the strikes were successful as the artillery piece was neutralised,” Adesanya explained.

Adesanya stated that with the successful attacks, attempts by the remnants of the insurgents to reinforce their capability with the artillery piece was thwarted.

New Born Baby Sold For N200k In Katsina Found In Imo State (Photo)

A baby boy delivered by 18-year-old Aisha Lawal who is knwon to hang around a Katsina brothel, has become the center of controversy in a case of alleged abduction and subsequent selling of the baby to one Grace Ohuhu for N200,000.

Apart from Aisha and Grace who have been arrested by the police over the incident, three others namely; Ogugua Okoh, a 43-year-old senior nurse with the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Katsina; her friend Joy Ihenamere, and one Hauwa’u Ibrahim, believed to be Aisha’s god mother who is camping her at the brothel, are also being detained by the police over the case.

Daily Trust gathered that sometime in January, Aisha was delivered of a baby boy at the Federal Medical Center Katsina where she was told she had a stillbirth and that the baby had been buried.

She hurriedly packed her things and left the hospital without settling her outstanding bills.

Trouble however started when a fracas ensued between Aisha and her god mother, Hauwa’u which led to the intervention of police officers. Little did they know that a can of worms was about to be opened. Hauwa’u had accused Aisha of doing the unthinkable by selling a child she had out of wedlock. The accusation led the policemen to probe further.

According to the state Commissioner of Police Abdullahi Usman, Aisha was impregnated by someone she doesn’t know and after delivery, connived with her friend, Hauwa’u and a nurse, Ogugua Okoh, who linked them up to one Joy, to sell the baby for N200,000 to Grace Ohuhu.

“We traced Mrs Grace Ohuhu to far away Imo State where she was apprehended and the baby recovered,” the commissioner said.

Narrating her ordeal, Aisha who admitted she conceived the child out of wedlock, said she was assisted by Nurse Okoh to deliver the baby at the FMC. “They told me that the child had died when I demanded for it,” she said.

For Hauwa’u, Aisha was brought to her by someone she could not recollect anymore. She said the nurse helped with the delivery of the baby but that Aisha had been complaining and contemplating what to do with the baby. She alleged that Aisha had planned to dispose of the baby in the refuse bin.

However, Nurse Okoh said the duo approached her when Aisha was seven months pregnant for an abortion which she out rightly declined. She pleaded with them to have a rethink as she couldn’t take part in the killing of an innocent baby.

“I never knew she was a prostitute; they live in our neighbourhood and it was Hauwa’u that came along with Aisha on what they were planning. She asked me to help out because Aisha was about getting married and her parents don’t know of her condition,” she said.

“After delivery, they couldn’t come up with money to settle the bill. It was later arranged with nurses on duty that she (Aisha) could abscond and be recorded as those who usually run away after delivery.”

“When we were returning home, I heard them discussing in the tricycle of how to dump the baby in a carton for dogs to feed on or dump it in the refuse bin,” she added.

She said it was at this point that “I pleaded with them to let me take care of the child because there’s a woman (Joy) who had always asked me to help get a kid for her sister to adopt.”

Okoh said Grace, after she was told of the situation, sent the first N50, 000 to Aisha to help in buying clothes and for proper up keep of the child. She denied buying the baby, noting, “I took care of the baby for over one month.”

On her part, Grace Ohuhu who had been married for 18 years without a child, said what they were sending to the nurse was for the up keep and not payment for the child.

“I actually contacted Joy to help out and after I was told of the baby, they kept asking for more money for the up keep and I later sent N150, 000,” said Ohuhu.

The baby, who had been named Victor, has been recovered, while the state commissioner of police said investigation is still ongoing on the matter.

How Aspiring Footballer Turned Robber After Losing Out Of Under-17 Team (Photo)

Akwa Ibom State indigene, James Udobong, 29, had always nursed a dream of becoming a footballer for Nigeria’s national team. After training as hard as he could in 2003, he found his way to Abuja, to participate in an Under-17 trial, but wasn't picked. To survive Udobong resorted to phone robbery. Udobong said after he could no longer make ends meet, one of his friends suggested that he followed him to Transcorp Hilton and other five star hotels in Abuja, where they could target customers who were drunk in order to steal their phones.

He said, “My friend also taught me how to place orders online for expensive mobile phones. We tell the dealers that we were buying the phones on behalf of a prominent politician lodged in any of the five-star hotels we choose to use.

When the dealer makes delivery, we take him to a floor of the hotel and take the phones inside a door under the guise of delivering it to the politician but the dealer wouldn’t know that door leads through a staircase downstairs.

Usually, after taking the phone, I jump inside a waiting taxi in the ground floor and leave the hotel. But in my last operation, I brought the dealer to Transcorp and asked him to wait outside the room in order to show the phone to my principal. .

I got into a lift and went to the ground floor. But I was arrested by waiting security men at the hotel.” Udobong was handed over to the police who recovered all the phones he stole from the dealer – iPhone, Infinix Note, two tablets and two Samsung Galaxy phones.

Guards Burgle Boss’ Home, Steal N6m Worth Of Cash, Electronics (Photo)

  • Two security guards, working at a house in Ikeja GRA, have been arrested after breaking into their boss’ house through a burglar-proof to steal hard currency and electronics.
The suspects, Abu Abubakar and Hadi Isiaka, both indigenes of the same community from Kogi State, were employed through an agent, to work as day and night guards at the home of the GRA-based businessman, who frequently travels out of the country.

  • Isiaka, 30, had worked at the house for about two years before Abu was employed by their boss who did not know they were kinsmen.
Saturday PUNCH learnt that Abu, 24, was sent packing from the house less than four months after he started work on suspicion of his criminal nature.

  • The police said the landlord of the house travelled abroad with his family in December 2016 only to come back and realised that $2,000 he kept in his bedroom was gone.
In addition to that, part of the bundles of N200 and N100 notes kept in the room were also taken.

  • But the case was not reported as the landlord decided he wanted to be sure of the actual thief before reporting to the police so the innocent ones out of his domestic staff would not suffer.

  • After trying in vain to determine how the house, which was locked up could have been accessed in his absence, he travelled again few months after with his family with the hope that the burglary was a one-off thing.
But this time, 2,000 Euro belonging to the landlady and the entire bundles of mint Nigerian notes which the family kept for social events were carted away.

  • Also stolen in the house were Apple Macbook, iPads and other valuables. Later, it was discovered that a hole barely enough for an adult’s head to pass through had been cut through the burglar-proof of one of the rooms in the house.

  • The police said the entire worth of mobile phones, perfumes and cash stolen on the two occasions amounted to N6m.
However, when Isiaka was questioned about how the house was burgled while he was working, he denied knowledge of it, but instead diverted suspicion to a former guard who was recalled to the house after Abu’s sack. When asked if Abu could have perpetrated the burglary, Isiaka said he did not think so.He was later asked to contact Abu since it had been discovered that they were both kinsmen but he insisted that Abu had left for their village to bury his mother.
They were charged on three counts of conspiracy, burglary and stealing.

  • A police source who is familiar with the investigation, said that when Isiaka finally took them to where Abu lived, they met Abu’s mother but they did not reveal themselves as policemen.

  • On a second visit, Abu’s mother was said to have disguised as someone else with a hijab and told the police that Abu would not be home from work for some days. “We realised she must have learnt that we were policemen. When we threatened to arrest her until the actual mother showed up, she removed her Hijab and said she was indeed Abu’s mother that we had met the first time,” the police source said.

  • It was learnt that the woman promptly took them to Abu’s house where he was arrested. He later confessed that he indeed carried out the burglary. Isiaka on his part first admitted to getting a share of N50,000 from proceeds of the loot. Again he change his words and said his share was N175,000. Later, he denied he got anything at all.

  • The suspects were detained at the Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, Yaba, Lagos. On Thursday, the police said the suspects had been arraigned before a Yaba Magistrate’s Court, Lagos.
