5-year-old girl becomes youngest to die of COVID-19

A 5-year-old girl became the first child to die from COVID-19, after she died on Sunday morning at Beaumont Royal Oak.
The family of Skylar Herbert confirmed the information Sunday night.
Before Sunday, the youngest person who died from coronavirus in Michigan was 20-years-old.
Beaumont Health released a statement Sunday night.
“The loss of a child, at any time, under any circumstances, is a tragedy. We are heartbroken that COVID-19 has taken the life of a child. We extend our deepest sympathy to Skylar’s family and all others who have lost a loved one to this virus. Beaumont Health’

A young Nigerian man has taken to social media to recount his experience with a lady in Edo State  he had planned to spend the lockdown period with.
The man identified as Ayodeji said he travelled to Edo state to meet a lady he had been keeping an online relationship with. Everything was fine on the night he arrived Benin, the lady was homely and had a nice apartment -A 26year old big girl.
”We had all the fun that till the problem started when I noticed she doesn’t wash her pants before or after bathing” He recounted
The young man woke up the following morning to prepare breakfast in the kitchen but he could not stop perceiving a stench that seems to have saturated the kitchen.
He traces the smell to the store where he saw a laundry basket filled with unwashed.

If your man cheats on you, go for his father or his rich uncle, Bobrisky tells girls

Bobrisky has advised ladies not to get hurt when their boyfriends cheat on them. He explained payback is better than hurting, saying the guy should be the one to get hurt by simply advising women on what to do.

According to Bob, when you catch your man cheating, simply dump him and go for his father or one of his rich uncles.

Covid-19: Nine medical staff quarantined in Anambra state

The Management of the St. Joseph hospital, Adazi-Nnukwu, Anambra state has said that nine medical staff of the hospital have been quarantined following their contact with the index case while on admission in the hospital.

The hospital said the staff were quarantined after a meeting with a joint team of National Center for Disease Control (NCDC), United Nations International Children Emergency Fund (UNICEF) and Anambra state Ministry of Health.

In a statement issued on Wednesday by the Administrator, Jerome Okafor, the hospital said the sample taken from the patient admitted to the unit tested COVID-19 positive.

It further revealed that the room occupied by the patient had been decontaminated, while the entire centre had been fumigated.

Family is left devastated as they lose husband, wife and daughter to coronavirus in two weeks

A mum, dad and sister have died from coronavirus in just two weeks leaving a devastated son and brother feeling like someone has "stolen my heart".

After husband and wife Keith, 84, and Jean MacVicar, 82, died a fortnight ago, their devastated family were dealt another blow when the couple's daughter Jayne also died of the killer bug.

The mum-of-two, 62, developed telltale Covid-19 symptoms soon after her parents' deaths, with her younger brother Richard previously asking friends to pray for her recovery.

He posted on social media: “Come on, Jayne, stay strong and fight this please.”

But on Saturday the 60-year-old said: “It’s with heartbreaking regret to say Jayne has lost her battle for life.

“At least we have the comfort of knowing she is back with mum and dad.

“To lose half your family in the space of two weeks feels like someone has cut me open and stolen my heart. So, so wrong.”

Before her death, tragic Jayne had posted multiple messages on Facebook pleading with Brits not to ignore social distancing guidelines and to isolate at home.

The former Staffordshire Police crime analyst had swapped her profile picture for one that said: "Stay home, it could save lives."

The family, from Burton-on-Trent, Staffs, are now facing three funerals in quick succession with only a small amount of mourners able to attend each one.

Bayelsa billionaire dies during liposuction surgery
Keniebi Okoko, Bayelsa-born billionaire businessman and philanthropist, has died in Lagos, throwing many Bayelsans into mourning.

Some reports said Okoko, son of Professor Kimse Okoko, died on Tuesday during a liposuction surgery in a Lagos hospital.

A power outage was blamed for the death.

Okoko was in his early 40s. He contested the Bayelsa primary for the governorship ticket of the Peoples Democratic Party last year. He did not succeed.

He was also a pastor of Salvation Ministries in Port Harcourt.


Many Bayelsans and people who he had touched in his lifetime, were shocked by his sudden death.

They poured out their anguish in posts on Facebook.

“This one came as a big shock to me last night, suddenly gone forever OMG you are just too young for this I can’t even wrap my head around this oh God why?, wrote Stephanie T.Douglas.

Michael Osaro Jnr wrote a lengthy tribute:

“I can’t find the rationale behind the death of a promising and wealthy young man like this who is even a pastor, a giver and a faithful servant of God.

“Na waaa oooo. Watin man go do for this life self. Life is absolutely nothing my brother.

“Rest in Peace and sleep well in the bosom of the Lord my beloved pastor Keniebe Kimson Koko. We will miss you greatly”

Okoko was the founder and CEO KDI Group, said to be involved in oil and gas.

He was reputed to be the godson of former Nigerian leader, Goodluck Jonathan.

According to his Facebook wall, Okoko attended University Demonstration Secondary School (UDSS), Choba.

Sad! Man allegedly beats his 8 months pregnant wife to death

A nurse who was 8-months pregnant has been reported dead and her husband is being accused of beating her to death.

Ms Anya Adaeze, aka Mummy David, was allegedly beaten by her husband, Olabode Oluwasanmi, in Akure, Ondo State.

According to sources, the incident occurred last week. The deceased was 8-months pregnant when the domestic violence incident


It was revealed that she had a misunderstanding with her husband and he allegedly beat her up with an iron rod. The beating was so serious that she was rushed to Federal Medical Centre, in Owo, and upon examination, it was discovered that her uterus had been ruptured.
An emergency Caesarean section was done to bring out the baby but the baby didn’t survive. Adaeze was placed on oxygen and died on Tuesday, April 14th, 2020.
It was gathered that Adaeze, who was the breadwinner of the house, had allegedly revealed to her colleagues at Federal Medical Centre, Owo, about the abusive nature of Olabode before her death.

In the report, it was alleged that Badirat Ajoke, the youngest wife cheated on him with Kwam 1 which spurred him into chasing her out of the palace.
