Siddharth at last convince Roshni and exactly when he is going to propose her, someone calls him and he gets busy from there on. He guarantees Roshni that he would meet her in the evening and would eat with her. Then again, Roshni came across a lawyer and this leads the lawyer to drop the file that had some confidential documents. On looking the documents, Roshni observes Durgadevi's name to be on it.

Roshni asks with the lawyer about the papers that Simran had brought for him. She tells him that the papers had her mom Durgadevi's, name on it. The lawyer decays that the papers, which Simran had brought, had her mom's name on it. In the meantime, Siddharth rings Roshni and requests that her reach home immediately. After reaching the home, Roshni witnesses her dad giving Durgadevi the divorce papers. Shivpathi claims that he would leave the house if Durgadevi signs these papers.
