National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) attended a wedding ceremony between Goni Abacha & Falmata Saleh which took place at Fufore IDP Camp Yola Adamawa State. The girl obviously seems upset, she looks like she has been crying. There are 2 other wedding ceremonies that will take place at the same camp this Saturday 30/01/2016. More photos after the cut..
