This Is the case of Williams Emmanuel Chigoz who goes about duping people by telling them his into App creating and placing it On Appstore/playstore and Blackberry store and ask u to pay which after paying, he comes up with a story and tell you that he has used it and his going to refund it as soon as possible and the rest is story.
