Usher Faces New $10 Mil Lawsuit From S3xual Partner, Who Says He Exposed Her To Herpes

The 38 - Year-Old, Born singer is named in a new $10 million lawsuit from a woman (filed under the name Jane Doe) who claimed he didn't tell her he has herpes prior to a pair of sexual trysts they shared three months back, TMZ reported Friday.

The Love in This Club artist - who has been married to Grace Miguel since September 2015 had two sexual encounters with his accuser in the new suit, on April 16 and 28 of this year, according to court docs.

The first time, at the woman's Atlanta residence, consisted of her performing oral sex on him, and them having intercourse with a condom, the woman claimed in the suit, according to the outlet. In their second encounter, the woman said that she and Usher had unprotected sex in a hotel in New Orleans.

The woman, who's suing the Yeah! performer in connection with negligence, battery and emotional distress, says Usher 'exposed' her to the virus, but did not confirm whether or not she's tested positive for it.

The woman, according to the outlet, only learned of Usher's health status amid recent reports the actor confirmed he had herpes in a 2012 court case he eventually settled for $1.1 million.

Court documents in that case, first published by Radar Online, show that the U Got It Bad singer, whose real name is Usher Raymond IV, was diagnosed with the incurable condition between 2009-2010.
