Ex-convict Having A Pending Robbery Case In Court, Arrested For Another Robbery (Photo)

Ibrahim Akinola was on Tuesday, arrested for armed robbery, by operatives of Ogun State Police Command, after he and one accomplice, now at large, broke into the house of one Ojupeju Joseph, inflicted matchete cuts on his head after which they dispossessed him of the sum of N150,000.

The spokesman of Ogun Police Command, Mr Abimbola Oyeyemi, said a Plasma television was recovered from him. Abimbola said: ”Investigation revealed that the suspect had served a jail term before and he is still having a pending court case on robbery allegation against him."
