Pakya chooses to grow a money tree. He tries to search for money in his home however, winds up taking a coin from Divya's home. Manda Tai however accuses Pakya for taking the money. Vitthal gets angry on Pakya for taking the money but Divya came to his rescue. Sahil Kapoor pays Kamala Tai her wages after Neetu declines for the same. Kamala Tai releases  her vada pav shop from the municipal corporation by paying the fine and amazements Vitthal by initiating the shop once more.

Mr Sahil Kapoor arrangements to celebrate Ganeshotsav at Kamala Tai's chawl to win the specialists' support. Pakya registers his parent's name for the dance competition to be held amid the festival. Neetu makes Prem fake interest in going to the festival. Unawere of the Kapoors' arrangement Kamala Tai, welcomes Sahil and his family.
