My Kids Belong To My Boyfriend, Wife Tells Husband In Lagos

Detectives at Ejigbo Police Station, Lagos State Command are battling to resolve a marital rift between a couple, Mr Monday Itoro and his wife Idoroyen over the paternity of a set of twins.

While the woman who is the mother of the kids is insisting that the children belong to her lover, the embattled Monday is claiming that the babies are his and would not let go.

It was gathered that trouble between the couple started when a yet to be identified male started mounting pressure on Idoroyen to hand over his children to him, or else he would tell her husband how they have been meeting secretly after their marriage.

A police source said that the woman was forced to tell her husband the truth during a domestic quarrel which erupted between the couple.

Stunned by the revelation, Monday was said to have reported the matter to the police at Ejigbo, urging them to arrest the secret lover, who according to him, wants to destroy his marriage.

The police was said to have moved in swiftly, but the secret lover escaped before the police could get to him.

Angered by the action of her husband, the woman allegedly advised her husband to leave, saying she would want her lover to move into their apartment.
