Chris Brown has scored a legal victory after a California judge ruled he can continue his existing custody arrangements over his daughter, Royalty. Nia Guzman, the mother of his daughter, had filed papers last month alleging the singer was unfit to care for Royalty without supervision.
The 33-year old had asked for his visits to be restricted and monitored over her concerns of his alleged drug use and gang affiliation.
However, a Los Angeles judge rejected Nia's request in court on Tuesday so the pop star will continue to have unmonitored 12 days a month with Royalty.
She is also seeking to increase her child support from $2,500 a month to $15,000 a month.
