"No Legitimate Worker Would Be Sacked In Kogi State Service" -- Yahaya Bello

Speaking from the Kogi State Government House today, Governor Yahaya Bello has reiterated and insisted once again that no legitimate worker in the Kogi State Civil Service would be sacked. 

The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Kingsley Fanwo, disclosed this when the head of the verification exercise, Gen. Okutimoh (RTD) visited the governor today in Government House, Lokoja.

The Governor avowed that the welfare of Kogi state workers is of topmost priority and paramount in his heart and would not be wicked enough to sack legitimate workers, but that the verification exercise is necessary to flush out the ghost workers, who have been choking and stagnating the genuine workers. Therefore it is important to get it right.

This clarification became imperative as the polity is already flooded with superfluous speculations and rumours.
